ترتكز خدمات تطبيق رفيق بربطك بمحلات صيانة المنازل والديكور الموثوقين في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، حيث يقوم موظف الخدمة بالتواصل معك لاستيفاء تفاصيل الطلب وتقديم الاستشارات المجانية وطرق لتحسين الأعمال وتخفيض التكلفة، وحينها يقوم بتعيين محل لتأدية العمل، واستبداله في حال لم تناسبك خدمات المحل أو أسعاره. 

كما يقدم تطبيق رفيق خدمة مدير المشروع للمشاريع الكبيرة، لضمان حصول العميل على أفضل عرض سعر في السوق. كما يقوم مدير المشروع بمعاينه الموقع وجمع التفاصيل من العميل ليقوم لاحقاً بتواصل مع عده محلات والتفاوض معهم بالإنابة عن العميل وتقديم تقرير نهائي له.
