I've waited for a couple of days to get a response. Then someone from the customer service contacted me via Whatsapp. I've waited another couple of days till I was connected to a service provider. The service provider unprofessionally called me 5 times. Then when I responded with the detail and we set a date for him to come. Unfortunately, he never appeared or even called. I tried to get in touch with the Rafeeg team, but there were no response from their end too. I believe that competitors will enter this market and be able to provide a better service. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional services *2019-08-26, version 5.91* I don’t suggest using their service as the quality of work you’ll get will disappoint you. I have been trying to get my issue that I paid 3300 AED for fixed for the past 40+ days and I have not seen any effort from Rafeeg team. What they’ll offer you is an unqualified service provider only. Whatever dissatisfaction happens next is going to be your own problem. Do not expect any support or response from their end. It is honestly such a waste of time and money.
