The customer support interface only has a bot, and there isn't even a text box to type your own question. I had a very simple issue but it was impossible to reach a human. To make matters worse, I signed up for a "7-day free trial" for the membership, but I was charged immediately. When I finally called customer service and waited over ten minutes, they told me they couldn't handle it and promised someone would get back to me. I’ve heard nothing since.
