The doctor attended to me promptly, and I opted for the night delivery of medication despite the late hour. Within just 2 hours, the medicine arrived right at my doorstep—even though it was dispatched from Changi Airport while I’m based in the west. That level of efficiency is incredible, especially in the middle of the night. No clarity on the date for when the stock will come. I’m told to call the clinic to check in April and reschedule again in the app. I can’t get a refund nor transfer to someone else. The app should NEVER have allowed any booking or payment when the vaccine is not available! Despite raising the issue, there has been no timely resolution. When a sick patient who has no energy to travel, medication delivery is should be reliable and prompt. Delays like this cause unnecessary stress and discomfort.
