Telecon has become better with more slots available earlier - it feels like the on-on-demand queue of other apps but with the flexibility of making an appointment at a more convenient time later. No clarity on the date for when the stock will come. I’m told to call the clinic to check in April and reschedule again in the app. I can’t get a refund nor transfer to someone else. The app should NEVER have allowed any booking or payment when the vaccine is not available! This is ridiculous and unacceptable, a breach of customer trust! ### 1/5 — Terrible Service *2026-02-19, version 6.15.0* Disappointed with the service. After my consultation, I do not received my prescribed medication, which is critical as I’m currently dealing with vomiting & diarrhoea. Despite raising the issue, there has been no timely resolution. When a sick patient who has no energy to travel, medication delivery is should be reliable and prompt. Delays like this cause unnecessary stress and discomfort. I hope the team improves their fulfilment and support process to prevent this from happening to others. ### 1/5 — Mandatory to turn on Notifications to use app, which turn out to be spammy *2024-08-06, version 6.7.1* The app's UI/UX is actually quite pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate. But giving a harsh 1* rating due to the app making it mandatory to turn on app notifications. You are barred from making a booking until you turn this on - apparently so you may "never miss an appointment." And once turned on, the app spams you with "notifications" which are basically ads to use their "lifestyle quiz", etc. Terrible, predatory and spammy practice with no regard for their users' preferences. Shame, otherwise this would have easily been a 5* rating for me. ### 1/5 — Worst insurance app!!! *2024-03-27, version 6.4.0* This is a total disaster app compared to my previous insurer. So difficult to use and there’s always a submission issue, be it the file type is invalid(pdf/jpeg also invalid) or other technical issues. Seriously not going to recommend this, will feedback to my HR to change insurer if this app continues like this. By the way, the Mediaccess website is just as bad. It’s as though they make it difficult for users to submit claims so you are fed up and dont submit. On this occasion , I tried to log in with SingPass, I was told I had no account. I then tried to set up the account with email. I was told I had an existing account. I then tried to log in with email with “forget password”, I was then told to login with Facebook. I then logged in with Facebook. Success! But no. The app then asked me to put in a new password to avoid being logged out. Whatever password I put (min 10 with letters and numbers), I could not click the Confirm button. Nothing worked to proceed and I could not go back. At this rate, I will die of the flu before I am able to login to this app to see a dr on teleconsult. ### 1/5 — Doctors don't keep the reservation hours *2022-10-06* I had at least 3 times of this experience while using this app, where doctors just ignored my reservation. They literally passed it or cancel it while I have been waiting for a few hours because you don't have enough slots. It’s stupid that I’ve to try 3 times on fastest fingers to key in card info within 50+ seconds and receive OTP before I get bumped out of the order page. ### 1/5 — False hope & No Due Respect *2022-08-10, version 5.7.4* It’s 2am and I’m feeling unwell. It’s not my first time using this app, had unpleasant experience in the past but seeing that Dr Anywhere apps (another teleconsultarion alternative) only has slot available at 12pm, I thought I have to stick to Raffles Connect which shows availability to book a consultation instantly. I told myself to be grateful, disregarding my previous experiences on this app Got assigned to an appointment between 2:30am-3:00am. I stayed up at common area to wait for the scheduled call, unable to rest in bed as I don’t want to disturb my partner… Not unexpected though, it’s past 3:20am now and the appointment hasn’t begun, there is no option to reschedule or cancel as well and card details has been given. I’m wondering why am I still staying up in pain now… contemplating whether I should continue the wait when what I needed most is to sleep and rest with/without the diagnosis and prescription… Seems like I have to go through more waste of time in the day time then~ since this app has been a huge let down. But the doctor was super kind, she gave me all the possible time and Comfort. Just talking with her, made we feel hard for once. ### 5/5 — Midnight Care That Delivered *2026-05-02, version 6.17.0* Tried the Raffles Connect app for the first time at 1am on Labour Day when I was feeling really unwell, and I’m honestly impressed. The doctor attended to me promptly, and I opted for the night delivery of medication despite the late hour. Within just 2 hours, the medicine arrived right at my doorstep—even though it was dispatched from Changi Airport while I’m based in the west. That level of efficiency is incredible, especially in the middle of the night.
