Radip team will not approve the report until you go to rafid police station and beg them to approve the report. Even if you raise the request in the app, one day after they will ask us to come to the station to get approval on the report.

Mobile app installed and tried several times to complete the registration process. However OTP never delivered to my mobile in all attempts. Tried with 4G, WiFi Networks. No luck.

I had car accident then i had to install the app to report the accident . Once i opend the app there was notification from the app : server is down for maintenance . After a few hours i received the same notification and i couldn’t use the app and stil cant use it hope you fix it 🙏

Reporting is easy but it crashes in between the process but you won’t get a report in 15 mins as the website says and also you couldn’t search with the reference number in the app as it won’t work.
