## What is رفيق | Rafiq?

Rafiq is a daily companion for your child: it listens, encourages, and helps them build healthy habits — while giving you, the parent, a clear picture of how they are doing.

A smart companion that listens, never judges
A safe voice and text conversation built for children, helping your child put words to what they feel, in language that fits their age.

The day path
Five small steps a day: a mood check-in, a breathing moment, water, a story, and a few hand-picked clips. Short steps that build real consistency.

Interactive stories
Stories where your child chooses what happens next, built around situations they actually live at school and at home.

Daily habits they build themselves
Simple tracking for water, sleep, nutrition and movement — no points, no leaderboards, just a habit that grows each day.

Sessions with licensed specialists
Book your child a session with licensed psychologists and certified life coaches, from inside the app, at a time that suits your family.

The parent dashboard
Follow your child's growth week by week: mood, consistency, and the areas where they need support — with practical steps you can act on today.

A private space for every child
Each child gets their own profile under one family account, with content matched to their age and the interests they pick themselves.

Privacy first
The parent account is the root, and no child profile opens without the parent's permission. Content is reviewed and age-appropriate, and your child's data is never used for advertising.

Getting access
Rafiq is available through your child's participating school, or with a family subscription inside the app.
