Like when I had trouble managing my notifications, they take the time to help me. **Developer response:** UPDATE: Thanks for the updated review as we worked with you before reintroducing the feature in the app! Some fun and thoughtful communities are starting to form. The authentication features should keep the trolls and haters away which is a huge welcome. There's an engaged and growing community here, and the discussions are really fun and thoughtful. Plus, Raftr is a terrific place for me to talk about politics or my favorite TV show, and I don't have to worry about getting unfriended for my views! ### 3/5 — App wont' verify phone *2017-05-05, version 2.0.01* Saw this app and was excited to try it. Downloaded and tried to verify, but it kept saying my phone was not valid. Even though a text with a verification number went through just fine. Seems like it still has bugs. ### 2/5 — Poorly designed - functionally buggy *2017-05-05, version 2.0.01* Links that dont accept clicks (eg...Whats A Raft?), slow loading time, designed for a phone but some headers need to be abbreviated (see more is se...mo on one screen) and not intuitive layout or design at all. Doesnt look like there was much testing or review done pre launch. Poor rollout ### 3/5 — It looks promising, but hard to use with voiceover *2017-04-10* Especially when creating an account, some buttons are not read with voiceover and some text is not read either. You can do it, it's just a little bit of a hit and miss button press. It would also be nice for the two finger scrub gesture to work to go back. Rather than having to flip up to the top of the screen and press a button labeled back 1 or something similar along with adding new content, please remember your blind users by labeling the buttons and adding VoiceOver support **Developer response:** Hello, Charles, Thank you so much for your feedback, and I apologize that we are just now seeing and responding to it. Weighed down with too many personal chats to everyone without any opportunity to restrict to small groups or apparent way to just reply to a single person. If you try to restrict topics by selecting only a few to view, the setting is ridiculously cancelled when you quit the app and on restarting you get everything again. Took them many many times to correct an error. ### 1/5 — The new update killed the app. *2023-11-15* I can’t even open the app without it crashing. If I tapped fast enough on a different tab, it would stay open only to crash again when I tapped on my chats. **Developer response:** I'm sorry you had a poor experience. Just keeps saying “oops there was an error”. Fix this bug ### 1/5 — Couldn't get past verification *2017-05-05, version 2.0.01* On iPhone app, entered mobile number, got the verification code but the app would show loading for a while and then say "invalid phone number".
