£1 fee to pay in the app?! Why would anyone do that? 

Also after booking through the website I tap the ‘I have an appointment’ link in the app and it asks for the 6 digit appointment code - should be texted with the confirmation

Brilliant barbers, always have a good haircut here. Neat app but shame the days of free online reservations are gone!
