An app which was useful to keep track of bookings and check and add things while you are at the spa would be great. 

This app is just a small amount of information from the website. That’s it. It’s a waste of time figuring that out and would be much better not to have it at all.

This app is absolutely pointless. You can’t book treatments or book breakfast or any of the things that you might like to have on hand for your visit. All of those sections take you out of the app to the website. Absolute waste of time.

Have to constantly delete and reinstall app to navigate around it. Can’t get back once you jump into a specific area. Could do with much more information sourced from website, videos etc or not much point using app over the website. Quality at odds with Ragdale venue itself.

Very poor app, when you select a page you can’t get out of it.  Back buttons don’t work.  Not very well designed at all and doesn’t reflect the quality of the establishment.  Needs upgrading if you want customers to use it.

Please fix the back button when clicking on the various pages. You can’t use it to go back, meaning every time you want to visit a different part of the app, you have to close and restart.
