I think the overall gameplay experience is pretty good but after a while and no more new characters the game has gotten stale which is disappointing because it has the potential to be a really great game. I feel like the developers have given up on this game and I hope they can turn it around. ### 4/5 — Good rpg game *2023-02-12, version 2.0.4* One problem I have found: game hangs in Atonement Tower at end of a victory when you use “fwd” button, then continue on next screen…otherwise, fun, tho slow building a team… ### 2/5 — Not good. *2022-11-20, version 2.0.4* I started playing, and after leaving for other games just came back. The arena is terrible. I cannot get any opponents that are at my level. They’re all a lot stronger than me, ensuring I’ll never win a fight. No point in even trying. They’re not updating the game near as often as they used to. Lots of recycle events. Ignoring the discord communities countless suggestions. To top it all off, enemy power levels almost across the board are constantly being boosted making more and more current content much more difficult to complete, encouraging further spending. So much lost potential with this game. If they just listened to their extremely active/vocal discord community, the game could be incredible. The game is fine, nothing spectacular as far as graphics. I CAN tell you, one thing, from a mostly unique perspective, that: As someone with, at times, severe Adult ADD, who's also blessed with the extremely rare case of ALSO having another disorder, that is mostly manageable... (Until it's just REALLY not for a day or so until it resets)... OCD. That I REALLY HOPE I got all of the commas in the right spot in that last sentence, or I MAY have to come back and edit this... In the middle of the night, when wake up because my brain decided to think about it. Aside from that, the game looks like it was designed by SEVERAL different developers (4 or more), half of which had OCD, and the other half had ADD... BUT, the OCD team couldn't get the ADD team on a Skype call,... AT ALL, even to this day. But, they all had access to the whole project, so the OCD guys were, under the best intentions... Bc they had their co-workers back... Nothing shady, going behind the ADD guys' back while they were asleep, to finish the 20 different things they started on that day. Like the elves and the cobbler. BUT, since the OCD guys were up all night finishing the ADD guys' stuff... THEN (because they COULD NOT allow themselves to put their projects off, not even just until they slept), they were up even longer until they got as much as they could done until they just passed out. SO THEN, the ADD guys where up, and 3 hrs later... after starting breakfast 7 times, We're ready for work... And checked on the OCD guys to see if they needed help, logged in and discovered... for some reason, they only got half of their stuff done. Once they stopped joking about the "OCD guys that didn't finish their work." And, after they finished discussing how much therapy they would need when they realized it, the ADD team decided to work on it for them to help them out. ... For about 3 hours, and had created about 12 more parts of the game than the OCD guys wanted in there, that they'd have to finish when they woke up because, at this moment, the ADD guys were in the yard looking at squirrels,... For about the next 2.6 minutes. I'm saying, there's TOO MUCH going on to keep up with, and there are too many buttons on the screen for a mobile device. Plus, the STUPIDLY HUGE chat window, takes up a HUGE part of your screen. A chat window, by the way, That CAN NOT be toggled off, even if you ABSOLUTELY have no desire to chat with anyone because you have enough friends, EVERYONE is crammed in just 1 or 2 chat rooms... ALL SPEAKING DIFFERENT LANGUAGES. But, aside from that, I am typing all of this here because the graphics are TOO big to fit all on my iPad comfortably, but it's not too bad... However, on my iPhone XR, it's so zoomed in (yes, I made sure my display wasn't on zoom view) that you can't see the entire game because it's missing the outer edges all the way around. So, I couldn't send an in-game ticket because I can't see, nor access any settings menus. HEY, I BET... If you'd get rid of the GIGANTIC, ANNOYING chat window... That's there by default, then I could have. Oh well, good luck. I'm uninstalling it now. ### 4/5 — It’s good! *2022-03-17, version 1.2.12* I really like the game but I just want to say, alot of the hero characters are either annoying or super creepy. ### 4/5 — Was good while it lasted *2022-01-23, version 1.2.7* I really enjoyed this game until I reached the point where I just stagnated I assume because I’m not willing to pour money into it. I do buy in game perks but don’t have tons of money, I love the graphics but I have plenty of games of the same type to choose from that I can play without breaking the bank. No matter how much I earn gems I almost never get characters I can use to raise the level of my current hero’s. Will give it another week but if I can’t advance the story, can’t get past 2-3 level of dragon’s den, can’t advance atonement tower, actually haven’t advanced anything lately and I’m told I need to raise the level of characters I haven’t been able to move on to the next level for awhile now. ### 1/5 — Not enough options for character growth *2022-01-17, version 1.2.7* I actually like this game. It was fun for a bit. My biggest complaint is there just isn’t an option to earn XP to level your characters. I hit a wall. I’m not strong enough to continue the campaign. Can’t survive the dragons den. Can’t progress in the victory tower. Yes I’ve tried different teams and changing thing up based of who the opponents are. It doesn’t help. I’m basically reduced to waiting on collecting the AFK a few times a day and waiting to have enough to level up. Which is boring and pointless. I’m deleting this game. ### 1/5 — Unballanced trash *2022-01-07, version 1.2.5* Fights take like forever, progress stoped after few hours, pay to win no joy for new players ### 3/5 — Easy progress but fast wall *2022-01-06, version 1.2.4* You are able to progress pretty quickly in the beginning and that gives you a sense of accomplishment but before too long the wall hits and you fall back down the pit of despair. You will get stuck at a certain level and your daily progress halts to a trickle. Still the initial days were fun and that is why I’m giving this game some stars for the good time. ### 3/5 — Ehh it’s good but… *2022-01-05, version 1.2.4* It’s okay but there very few champions… the fighting seems alright…. The graphics are decent… the sound isn’t very crisp… it feels like it was just prematurely released… I’ll come back in a few months in hopes of more champions… ### 2/5 — Such a fun game! Such disappointment! *2022-01-03, version 1.2.4* This game is one of the first I have downloaded in a few years saw it on Instagram, and decided to give it a try. It's excellent till you get hit with all the bugs which are manageable if the customer service wasnt such unhelpful. I spent money on in-app purchases and I was asked to delete and reinstall the game to fix the problem. I lost all my progress and purchase and have been given the run around to get them back I get it if they can't find the data for my progress. However, the purchases I made are not unreasonable to get back on my account. I would start over from scratch, but I lost all respect and trust in IGG for this lack of data recovery and customer service, especially after I was told to do the troubleshooting they wanted me to do. ### 2/5 — Network Anomaly *2021-11-21, version 1.1.9* I can’t even load into the game. My guild chat is gone I can’t see anything anyone says n if I switch to go somewhere else in the game it clears my chat out even when I know I wrote stuff. Then the game crashes randomly n messes everything I just did up n makes it seems like I never did anything. Please fix these problems . But it seems the company has left it on autopilot with no new updates in over a year. Most of my group has left after years of being loyal. The company and developers have seem to abandoned its loyal members. Sad 😞 but true guys. If you decide to play this, be warned putting any money into it. They have not added any new levels or adventures in over 2yrs. They will rip you off and steal your items/cash! This game has a bug that has always been there since launch. The daily collection does not work properly. They have a thing that if you make a cash purchase you get double rewards. For 9 days the collection didn’t work. Massive reports and complaints sent. They finally gave us 1/2 the promised rewards and told us we were not going to get anything else and to shut up about it!!! So I had made daily cash purchases so I could get double rewards. They refused to give me the rewards that were promised. Every item counts in this game especially when they say” MAKE A DAILY PURCHASE AND GET DOUBLE REWARDS” and when you do they REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT!!! They are thieves and scammers !!! Players BEWARE!! P.s. every day I sent pictures and descriptions(proof), and every day their response was,” sorry for your inconvenience , please close this inquiry “. DAILY THEY TRIED TO SHUT ME UP!!! ### 1/5 — Take a piece of advice *2022-12-02, version 2.0.4* Save yourself a lot of wasted time (and money if you have a tendency to spend), this game, and all games developed by IGG are terrible, frustrating and really pay to win. I’ve played a few of their games for years and the more I try their apps the worse the experience is. I spent around 4 years on Lords Mobile and more than a year on this one not to mention others and the result is always the same. Before my mind was bewildered by the udder heavenly gameplay that rage of destiny provided me I was on the brink of oblivion for their was no game that has ever tickled my nervous system quite like ROD my personal favorite character by far is a legendary monster of combat who is feared by all other inhabitants of the great lands of the game who strikes fear and respect in the hearts of all who speak the name of this titan TIMMY this being is above the celestials and demons for he is the one WHO KNOCKS and all who oppose him shall be wiped away in a blink faster than even Ephraim any how I have to sign off my ship is about to land peace of destinyers ### 5/5 — Wish there was less flashing screens *2023-09-29* If you were concerned about photo sensitivity, I would warn you that there are frequent screens that flash all white light that takes up the entire screen and is annoying, especially when playing at night. ### 5/5 — Superior IDLE Strategy RPG *2022-10-09, version 2.0.1* I was very impressed by this game. I’ve tried them all, but this has characters with real time combat physics and characters that summon, making much more interesting combat dynamics than most. The graphics are incredible. It’s pay to win, but all of these games are….I’d give this one a shot if you like this genre.
