It’s biggest positive by far is it’s sorting abilities online: I store my books via three different classifications. However, although my account online remembers my sorting patterns, the app doesn’t. It also doesn’t allow you to see the record before and after a certain record like it does on the website. These changes would be hugely welcomed, not least because the app has a nice interface and feel to it. **Developer response:** Hi Michael. Thank you for the review! Indeed as Ragic is a web based platform, our web is more powerful and some operations can be done through the web, but not on our App. We'll take notes for our further improvement. ### 4/5 — Works fine for what it is *2018-11-06* This app is by no way as powerful as the web interface, but if you want a way to quickly look something up on your mobile device, this works great. Not sure why people who are reviewing this app seem to think that it needs to be as powerful as what you get using your desktop computer. My only suggestion is that it work in portrait mode on the iPad! I have an iPad Pro and it doesn’t work when I have it attached to the keyboard. **Developer response:** Hi there. Fantastic desktop app, when full support for some features is available on mobile a definite 5 star rating. Best database builder out there. Support is top notch too **Developer response:** Hi there! Thank you for your review—we appreciate it! ### 5/5 — So Powerful *2026-03-07* I own a service company and built our entire operational system in Ragic with one of my business partners. Proposals, jobs, assets, maintenance requests, inventory, scheduling, HR, reporting… everything runs through it. The level of flexibility and power is honestly incredible. If you’re willing to think through your workflows, you can build systems that would normally require extremely expensive enterprise software. What I like most is that you can build exactly what you need, but you don’t always have to start from scratch. Ragic provides templates that already work really well. For example, we use the inventory system they provide and it works great for us, so there was no reason to rebuild something that was already done well. It completely changed how we operate. Processes that used to be scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and different apps now live in one structured system that actually fits our business. The mobile app could use some enhancements and polish, but it works and gets the job done in the field. Most of the improvements I’d suggest are visual and usability related rather than functional. The core capability is already there, and I’d be happy to provide suggestions if the team ever wants input from someone running a full business system on it. Ragic is incredibly powerful and flexible, and it’s been a huge asset for our company. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review. Ragic allowed us to create a custom database management system for our team, there’s no such turnkey system for a business like ours and the mobile app was a must.
