최근 6월 업데이트 이후 계속 다운로드 오류가 발생해서 며칠째 게임 접속 자체가 안되고있어요.
앱 내 구매도 꽤 많이 한 상태인데 정상적 이용을 못하고있잖아요. 재설치도 해봤는데 안되고요. 업데이트 과정에서 생긴 오류라고만 계속 뜹니다. 언제 수정해주실건지. 그리고 접속 불가 기간에 대한 보상 그리고 구매관련 보상은 어떻게
해주실건지요.
