التطبيق فاشل بسبب عدم تعديل ربط بيانات شخص متوفي مسجله قديما على رقم جوالي وتم التواصل مع الدعم ولكن لم يتم عمل شئ حتى الان

ماحبيت انه لو الواحد بيأجل زياره قادمه قبلها بفتره لازم يدفع مقابل وهو اردي دافع حق الزياره. خصوصا لو اجل قبلها بفتره. طيب احنا نطلب لمده كم شهر ونختار الوقت من بدري بس الواحد عندوا ظروف لازم يغير او يأجل كم زياره.

غباء في التطبيق لدرجة مستحيل احد صاحي يسويه لهم … يعني أنا لما اختاااااااار كل شي اليوم والتاريخ وعدد مقدمي الخدمة والدفع والعنوان وخلاص لما اتمم يجي يقول لي التاريخ هذا غير متوفر !!!… ولاااا اكبر مقلب خدمة الإهداء .. يعني أنا بجي بقدمها لشخص مايعرف يقرأ او يستخدم التطبيقات .. وترسله رسالة نصية بكود خصم عشان هو يعمل عقد جديييد ؟!!.. طيب ليه تخلوني اسوي العقد من الأساس .. طيب اكتبوا أنكم كذا سياستكم قبل اقدم الخدمة كهدية .. مو اعتمد اني قدمت الخدمة بالوقت اللي اخترته .وبعدين ترسلوها للشخص المهدى وهو بعدين يعمل عقد جديد !!!.. والأدهى والأمرّ يعني أنا احجز عقد خدمة بعاملتين ،من المنطق لما اجي ابغى اهدي الخدمة .. تهدى الخدمة كاملة مو ترسلون وحدة عاملة كهدية .. هبل اعظم منه ماشفت .. بس فشلتوني مع الانسانة حسبي الله عليكم
