I purchased insurance from policy bazar and they offered me alot of benifits via rahat.When i opened the app was empty with a few option and lateron now am not able to open the app which crashes intstantly when i try to open the app

“I purchased the subscription through Policy Bazaar, which advertised access to deals from over 5,000 merchants. However, after logging in and activating the subscription, the homepage was empty and offered only a few deals from limited merchants. It was quite disappointing and definitely not what was promised.”

I downloaded this app over a month ago and have tried to sign up and log in several times. Unfortunately, it never allows me to register or send an OTP, and there’s no way to contact customer support. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience.
