Sent a copy of the actual App Store purchase receipt both times. Game has not been fully unlocked, only the first three levels are playable and the game is aggressively pushing a subscription purchase. ### 5/5 — Awesome game, great customer service too *2020-09-25* I love this game, I bought it when I first came out and played it through more than once. I was pretty exited to see updated for modern devices. It ended up being a new app though, so it didn’t just download. I emailed support with a screen shot of old, unsupported version, and they unlocked this new version for me. Make sure you are aware that if you owned the game previously and it doesn’t unlock automatically to email them and they’ll take care of it. And no, you don’t need to be a member of their subscription service to do this. ### 1/5 — Again???? *2020-09-03* Yet another game I bought before that I can’t play, I can’t understand how this keeps happening, they obviously refuse to fix whatever the problem is if it keeps happening. **Developer response:** Sometimes we can't transfer over the original game due to technical limitations, and that means we can't automatically detect previous purchases — it's not something we're able to change, it's out of our hands.
