The game itself is a pretty fun Tower Defence game, however the monetization is pretty predatory. When not in battle you will get a pop-up anytime you click on something or finish a battle, asking for money (from battle passes to gems and coins to upgrades etc) and the exit button is always in a different spot, in order to maximize the chance of you or your kids accidentally clicking on a purchase.

Just like many other players, I too am sick of the ads. Initially there are no ads, sucking you in the loving and learning the game. However after you reach a certain level, the ads become increasingly annoying. They pop up in the middle of gameplay nearly causing me to throw my phone across the room. The game is addictive, but the when there’s more ads than gameplay I turn it off and play something else.

The frequency and length of advertisements is now ridiculous. Interrupting you midway through a level ?!? Also, don’t expect to progress without an expensive subscription. This game used to be fun. Now it’s just greedy.
