Păi ce bug-uri ați fixat?? La fel și aplicația pt mobile banking. Din motive tehnice aplicația nu poate porni în siguranță. Te rugăm să revii mai târziu. Not even with a minor system or app update, purely out of the blue. It’s not even the first time, this app is always buggy. This app is so bad even for a TODO list app standards, not to mention a banking token generation app that is supposed to be secure and reliable. If I were a developer that worked on this I would do the honorable thing and resign, the shame of adding this to my resume would be too great. ### 1/5 — Dumb as can be *2022-03-13, version 2.0.0* Not taking in to account the fact that with EVERY update comes a loooooong time of connection issues, it’s still the dumbest app that has “smart” in it’s name. I tried to authorize some payments and the app “experienced some technical difficulties “. Called the support center, they told me it’s on my end and I should uninstall an reinstall. After uninstalling I can’t get the app to work. There is “bo problem on our end” states Raiffeisen and 5 days later they are stil “looking in to it”. Raiffeisen Bank Romania - please change your motto to “Banking”. Ce fel de bancă e asta ?!?! ### 1/5 — Deserves 0 stars *2024-10-17, version 2.4.1* I tried 5 times paying an online bill with authorization from Raiffeisen smart token, and after tapping the ,, approve “ button each time it says: “ refused “ in the app. Applicatie complet stricata - după ce dau aprobare aplicația o refuza, și când am dat refuzare, acum nu mai pot face plata pentru ca se considera ,, in procesare” a blocat și site-ul E.ON. Rușine Raiffeisen! ### 1/5 — Bun doar când vrea să meargă *2024-06-28, version 2.2.6* M-am pomenit din senin ca smart mobile îmi zicea ca smart token e activat, smart token îmi zicea ca nu e activat. Aplicațiile de la Raiffeisen în general sunt niște gunoaie și oamenii de la suport nu te pot ajuta cu nimic în afară de a reface toate setările de la zero. Adică, jumate de oră trebuie să faci setări. ### 1/5 — O prostie de aplicatie *2024-06-03* Nu ii vad rostul deloc in administrarea contului online, sar putea foarte simplu renunta la ea. De o saptamana nu funcționează deloc, nu pot folosi internet bank ing ul deloc. Mai exact bara de progres se umple instant la deschidere. Nu stiu inca daca a fost rezolvata si problema de la aprobarea plăților cand de multe ori deschid aplicația sa aprob o plata si fie nu apare plata, fie apare si cand dau tap sa aprob nu face nimic. In ambele cazuri trebuie sa dau refresh pe pagina de aprobari inainte de a putea aproba plata.
