This info is very valuable for passing up empties that have sat for weeks or months; this is a tell tale sign something is wrong. Find the location of your container and get out. You find maps of the facilities you’ve never been to, update parking drops when you’ve dropped off container, update BNSF if there is any chasis issues. If you have a good dispatch team, or use Amazon, this app makes life easy! Download it. ### 5/5 — Great App *2021-01-08, version 1.12.2* I wish UP Rail wld build an App like this ! UP was Clueless when they created their app Ha ! ### 5/5 — GREAT APP!!! *2017-02-27, version 1.3.0* I absolutely love this app. It has made my job so much easier when it comes to dealing with the rail. The only issue that I've had lately is that when I enter my seal number on the app it doesn't always update and forces me to enter it manually at the kiosk. Hopefully they can look into that. They should also add a feature that allows drivers to flag maintenance problems with the chassis. Other than that the app is great. ### 5/5 — Great APP *2016-02-17, version 1.0.0* Needs a way to add chassis for a loaded box that is on the ground after I get the load mounted in order to create a QR code to out gate. ### 5/5 — The AWESOME BNSF RAILPASS APP!! *2016-02-15, version 1.0.0* I LOVE the new BNSF RAILPASS app when your load bills in it automatically populates the trailer number on the app (so you tap that to get a QR code to scan) and there is an option to update the parking location of the trailer your bringing in an it works for empties and there is and option for A bobtail QR code,and you only have to enter your driver license once and it stays forever!! the the new BNSF RAILPASS app has saved me soooo much time and since I'm quicker getting thru the gate it helps the guys behind me get thru faster too I LOVE IT!!! and I heard there's more to come like a QR code for chassis so it just keeps getting better!!!!!! :) ### 4/5 — Driving over 5mph *2026-02-20, version 1.22.1* Get rid of that I’m going under 5mph or stopped and it’s still showing up makes no sense I refresh app and I update it and still have the same problem, overall the app is good just that issue im having ### 4/5 — Good app but ? *2024-09-24, version 1.17.0* It’s good app but needs just little work for example I live in Illinois I do local no need to see all BNSF in all states we gotta have update allow us just switch for favorites rail that we use please add that future it would make it life so much easier its absolutely needed update ### 4/5 — Site Maps *2020-03-28, version 1.9.2* Should have Maps of every yard posted in the app ### 3/5 — Missing one important thing *2022-05-24, version 1.13.4* The most important thing this app is missing is A PROBLEM SOLVING CONTACT DIRECTLY TO BNSF especially at the LPC CHICAGO! Apparently they let Parcec run the night. Terrible service, dropping boxes hard in chassis, not loading people just because, speeding, damaging chassis ex: dragging full speed while brakes are locked, balding the tires. Doing donuts in the yard truck in the rain, dropping containers on locked pins. I’ve never seen anything so dysfunctional in my life. Wait times are long blaming on new system implemented this winter. Sleeping in cranes ignoring folks waiting for boxes. On and on. When some one gets injured or loose their life I guess that’s what it will take to fix the issues there. Oh thanks night BNSF rep that did absolutely nothing when the guy dropped a box at full speed, also your wrong they can control the speed. ### 3/5 — Chassis outgate *2022-02-18, version 1.13.2* App needs a option that tells you chassis can’t be picked up when BNSF is not letting anymore chassis out. It happened today, I checked in a bare chassis on the app and it showed ready to be picked up.
