## What is Railway Tickets?

Railway tickets online - an application that helps to buy a Russian Railways ticket to all destinations in Russia and to visit nearest neighbours - long-distance trains. Purchased items for departure must be printed out and then exchanged at the ticket office or terminal for your travel document. If, as a result of a search, the “ER” sign lights up opposite the train, then a printout with a bar code or an electronic ticket on the screen of your mobile device will be enough to board the car.

Electronic tickets are issued no later than 1 hour before the departure of the train from the passenger's boarding station.

When filling out the ticket purchase form, be careful! The user placing the order is solely responsible for the correctness of the details of the trip and the personal data of each passenger.

Almost all discounts and special rates apply to electronic tickets. You can issue a ticket for full and children's fares, as well as obtain a cash-free ticket for children who do not occupy a separate seat.

Remember that you have only 15 minutes to make a decision on payment of the order and enter payment details. If during this time you have not made a decision, the order is canceled and you will have to place the order again to purchase a ticket.

Travel tickets are issued without registration. Refunds can be made through your personal account, a link to it will come along with a ticket to e-mail. The application only sells, no reservation. Replacing a ticket with another date or place is possible only by returning the wrong one and buying a new ticket

A regular bank card will help you pay. The best location in the cars can be chosen online through your mobile device, download the application.

Ап стор удалил официальное приложение по своей ошибке скачала это. Поезд сегодня а мне билеты никто не отправил, только чек об оплате, ни номера билета, ни информации, ничего. Сейчас в растерянности и не знаю что делать в их службу поддержки не дозвониться и не дописаться.

Я от всего сердца желаю создателю сидений в Ласточке, чтоб он до конца своих дней ездил только на этих сидениях. А когда он наконец попадет в ад, я желаю, чтоб он был привязан к этому сидению и ему всегда хотелось спать, но он никогда не сможет нормально спать, потому что его башка будет постоянно болтаться из стороны в сторону и он будет просыпаться каждые 5 секунд. Вечность он будет искать кнопку, чтоб опустить спинку сиденья и вздремнуть хотя бы 2 минуты, но так и не сможет найти ее. Потому что ее нет! 

В других странах все делается, чтоб люди чувствовали комфорт и заботу, в РЖД делают все, чтоб люди страдали.

Это не официальное приложение от РЖД. Билеты здесь дороже на 500р в среднем, чем на официальном сайте. И нет возможности купить билеты на электричку.

Сайт подделан под РЖД официальный, накидывают по 500 р за билет. На самом деле просто барыги но почему на верхней строчке в приложениях?

НЕ СКАЧИВАЙТЕ ЭТО ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ!!! Это не РЖД!!! Заплатила намного дороже за билеты через это приложение! Это мошенники!!!Сумму за так называемый сервисный сбор вернуть нельзя!!! Очень расстроилась. Экономишь - экономишь на всем , в итоге обманывают таким наглым образом и лишают денег.

Ссылка на личный кабинет в письме не пришла, нужно вернуть билеты, но на сайте РЖД их нет, в приложении тоже не вернуть, и надо ехать в кассы с распечатаными!🤯🤯🤯

Имейте ввиду, что сервисный сбор за оформление заказа просто БЕШЕНЫЙ, в агентстве раза в 2-3 дешевле, а на официальном сайте вообще его (сбора) нет. Так агентства хоть распечатывают билеты (сервис 150-250₽), а здесь за какие такие услуги с одного билета в районе 550₽? При этом наличие везде одно и тоже ( база одна - общая).
