The other platforms complicate a bit. Full marks to the team for keeping it neat and friendly. But the main issue is the lack of transparency from their support team when you question them some intricate details to clear off your doubts before planning heavy investments. Their platform fee per trade is surprisingly higher and when you buy alt coins the decimals are not mentioned properly which raises serious doubts while trading and I have personally backed off many times before a trade after seeing shockingly higher selling rates even when the market is crashing. The platform has completely sacrificed its tech prestige and solid banking identity, replacing it with a hybrid, cheap-looking UI that screams "cost-cutting" at the expense of user experience and safety.Worse than the poor aesthetics is the catastrophic failure of the Quality Engineering (QE) department. The app suffers from severe data desynchronization and price-feed lagging. I almost lost my funds today in a massive trap when the app displayed a fake 100% price fluctuation, while the actual live price on the web version was completely different. Trading on an unstable app that displays frozen and misleading rates is a financial suicide.
