Free with no ads. RainSynth helps you to fall asleep with realtime soundscapes and white noise. Shape the sound by dragging the glowing cursor across the pad, or let dynamic motion take you through an ever-changing ambience.

Two new synths
BREATHSYNTH guides your breathing with a slow, asymmetric inhale/exhale cycle tuned to 5 breaths per minute — the cardiac resonant frequency. Drag to adjust rate and depth.

NOISESYNTH plays a continuous noise field you can shape from warm brown noise through pink, white, blue, and violet. Drag left for warmth, right for brightness. 

Custom presets
Long-press any preset dot to save your current position. Your saved spots persist between sessions.

Improved FireSynth
Completely rebuilt from scratch so you'll actually want to use it. X now controls roar, Y controls crackle.

Hints
Short contextual tips now appear as you explore the app, surfacing features at the right moment rather than all at once.

Settings
New Help section, auto-play toggle, and wander speed control (0.5×, 1×, 2×).
