TOO LATE. Also the percentage threshold can only be lowered to 60% chance. It would be nice to see a broader range to work with. **Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. I got stuck without an umbrella this morning because I didn't get a notification either. **Developer response:** The app asks you to Enable Location Services. It doesn't require you to enter a zip code. High chance doesn't always mean it will or won't rain. You can set the percent chance of rain where you want to be notified so you don’t have to bring your umbrella when there’s like a 20% chance of rain. No number, no email form, no chat. I paid a little more for a smart umbrella but without being able to use the feature I could’ve gotten a much much cheaper one.
