See all cloud storage files in one app, transfer files from one cloud to another on my iPhone. Boo hiss. First of all, you can only have one account per cloud so if you have more than one Dropbox account, forget it. Then the app says to register for a free rainbow account. Sure, registration is free but doing anything with it costs. Essentially you’re just giving them a free mailing list by registering. Disappointment. Delete and keep searching **Developer response:** Hello, What was the problem with connecting to a second (or third) Dropbox account? When you create your Free Rainbow account you can share files with total size of 500MB (without that account is only 100MB). We are sorry to see you leave, and we hope you return soon ### 2/5 — No PogoPlug as Shown in Description *2017-07-23* Was hoping that PogoPlug would be supported. The description shows PogoPlug but the current version of the app itself doesn't have it. I'll guess it's Apple again rendering useful Apps into useless Apps by not supporting earlier App versions. Too bad. **Developer response:** We are sorry for this, but this is not our decision. We used to support the Pogoplug service, but, then, the Pogoplug is no longer available ### 3/5 — Ok for most cloud services *2014-01-26, version 2.0* V2 now works with SkyDrive. I was able to get Dropbox and Google Drive accounts on board and functioning but the app would crash every time when signing up SkyDrive. I will continue to hang on to the app with hopes that it can be refined and made fully functional. Zwei Sterne abzug für die noch nicht ganz ausgreifte Übersichtlichkeit der App und die Password Protection Funktion. Denn wenn man diese einschaltet, kommt man nicht mehr in die App rein, da es keine Möglichkeit gibt das abgefragte Passwort einzugeben. Cannot make sense of the interface at all. ### 1/5 — Crash since last update *2017-08-13, version 3.0* Sync, backup and file transfer impossible since last update, crashes and has rendered the app unusable. Also signs out of all cloud services after crash. ### 1/5 — Rainbow Cloud Transfer App *2016-10-26* The list of services no longer appears in the iOS app. Clicking on App Support takes you to the developer web site, but there is no obvious "contact us" link to report a problem. If one needs to subscribe in order to be able to transfer files, it is not obvious how to do so within the app. Good idea, but currently non-functional. I tried deleting it and downloading the latest version, but that did not help. **Developer response:** This issue is fixed in version 2.7.2 Thank you ### 1/5 — Crashes *2016-04-01* This app used to be good on older iOS, but running 9.3 now and it crashes when trying to transfer or backup files or folders. Tried to contact them thru there website but every time I pushed the submit button I got an error message saying I forgot to type my question, then what I typed in the box clears and have to start over again to just repeat the same problem. Until they fix these problems the app is useless. **Developer response:** Since this comment is for a very old version of the app, could you please try the latest version? It always crashes after the third step. The third step asks you to enter an alias for your drive a second time. I've entered the defaut, Google Drive. I've also tried entering other aliases. It claims after clicking next, that the next step will allow you to enter your credentials?.. You never get that far. Their firm/software fix has ruined our best apps! ~Scootch~ ### 4/5 — Very Smart! *2014-02-04* Cool, Exactly what i wanted:) More perfect with bitcasa storage, I will give 5 stars if: -when do action (copy/move/etc) have progress bar who show the percent of progress - maybe will be more powerfull if there's the process of actions can be running on app background , so i did't need to wait the actions process to complete on the app who didn't have progress bar of when it's completed the job ;( Keep a great work guys!! Please fix that ;)) ### 4/5 — It works. *2013-08-11* Before I got my head wrapped around how to access and see my files, I had a dozen Sugar sync duplicates loaded, with no way to delete the duplicates. I didn't even count the Dropbox dupes, had to delete the app and start over. The search feature was the key for me to see my clouds files. Hated this app at first, but its gaining acceptance. Oddly enough, I can't see in Rainbow a file that is on Drive that I just transferred but is not openable in Drive. It's a plaintext file. I'm thinking at this point in time its me, but maybe not.
