It would be nice if they followed the actual schedule instead of skipping around, it took too long to keep up with. So helpful to know if they are ahead. When you go to check what number they are on and go to the schedule, it would be nice if it would take you to the parrot the schedule they are at so you don't have to scroll through so much once they are further into the competition. You scroll through the lineup then scroll back and the app goes blank. Rendering the schedule useless. Fix your doody app ### 1/5 — Having issues *2023-04-21* I’ve been logged in for a couple of years now, and all of a sudden I am no longer logged in, I can’t see my parent account, I can’t see my dancer or anything that has to do with her. I tried deleting the app, and re-installing and there just isn’t a place to login to your parent account. If asked others in our group if they were having issues and some are having the same issues as me. I can login to my account using a web browser but the app is supposed to make my life easier and it’s not doing that. ### 1/5 — Ads? Also would have been nice to access the livestream from the app but ... you guessed it : NOPE. ### 1/5 — It won’t work? *2019-02-07* As a dancer myself, I found this app and thought it was helpful since we had only gotten one schedule from our studio and I wanted to know if I was the first dance, or who was before me. But when I tried to open the competition, the app crashed. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but nothing fixed it. I think in many ways you are absolutely tops. I really like printed programs. I’m 85 so I have to keep getting glasses out to read my phone. I would also prefer you not run an hour ahead. So many times other friends and relatives don’t make it. One other small thing. The announcer ALWAYS talks SO FAST, it is very difficult to hear. Now for some accolades. The kids love the way you play their music when they win. They love having the banners to hold up. They always want to come there. I personally think overall you have done an amazing job. I was happy to see them honoring you at DMA a couple years ago…….. Carole Straub, Straub Dance Center PS. I’m so glad I got the app or I would of had missed my dance!
