## What is Rainbow Plate?

Rainbow Plate is a simple plant diversity tracker for everyday eating.

The app is designed to help you track the variety of the plant-derived foods you eat.

Eat the rainbow, includes fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, pulses, whole grains, herbs and other plant-based ingredients; to make everyday eating more varied, colorful, flavorsome and delicious.
Each different plant food you eat can be added to your list. 

Rainbow Plate tracks the diversity of plant foods you already enjoy, while encouraging you to add a few more along the way.
