## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not able to access my information anymore.

*2026-05-22*

Every time now when I try to access my app I get a message that either the user is not known or the password is in error. This started about 2 weeks ago. I have tried to reset using asking for a new password reset via email but it still does not accept. I haven’t found a way to contact the developers other than using this review.

### 1/5 — Crashes at startup

*2026-04-01*

Worked for a little. Now crashes at startup.

### 1/5 — Looks nice, step backwards

*2026-01-15*

I have solar and now can only easily see production easily for the current day.

Longer timeframes graph only shows aggregate. I have to click on the graph to actually get a number. Which means I have no way to easily consume and understand generation historically.

Also not clear what previous/last is. Maybe intuitively it’s can be deduced, but if rather have some flexibility in what I’m seeing and clearer details - like include the date when I drill in, so it’s obvious what the info means.

### 1/5 — Web portal is now toast

*2026-01-15*

Yeah, as others have mentioned… for those working off a laptop looks like we’re SOL. Gotta luv “progress”

### 1/5 — Well… better than EnergyVue

*2026-01-09*

It’s better than the old app but inferior to the web interface, which is disabled from getting your current energy data when you update to this app. As previously stated, you can only review historical data in the web app. I’m disappointed.

### 1/5 — App is okay

*2026-01-02*

After “upgrading” to the new app, your web interface will only show historical data. I also can’t enter my provider and current pricing because it doesn’t recognize my power company. Please bring back the web interface it was nice to be able to use on a pc.

### 5/5 — New app

*2025-09-24, version 4.0.3*

Love the new UX

### 5/5 — Great redesign

*2025-09-24, version 4.0.3*

New app looks great and helps me better understand my energy usage!
