Why is it impossible to make the app recognize the lights?  Useless.

A previous review mentioned app not working sometimes, more than likely a Bluetooth problem.
I’ve been using this app with some cheap backlighter lamps behind my monitor and also my television screen.
All working very well and in any case each pair of lamps come with a physical remote too.

The app is good and everything but i have 2 problems 1 is that sometimes i change the color on the app and my-lights dont do anything so i have to use the irl remote 2 i can’t actually choose what colors i want to go in order unless i scroll through every option
