Typical 3rd rate app developed by Taiwanese developers with chinese characteristics. They don’t understand the concept of language and internationalization in the year 2023

Our main mission is to provide a user-friendly shared umbrella rental service, catering to the 95% of Taipei residents who primarily use Chinese characters. We understand your concern about the "concept of language and internationalization," and we will certainly consider making improvements in these areas for our future updates.

Convenient service and thoughtful, responsive, rapid customer service. Got an issue that someone wrongfully took my umbrella. The customer service rep rapidly picked up the issue and took care of it very thoughtfully and efficiently. There are also many return points in Taipei. You don’t even need to take a dripping umbrella with you all day long.
