However, the support is not it. I’ve had a ticket open for over a month and a half to which I haven’t received a reply to my problem in over a month. The issue in question is me being unable to send any ETH on mainnet out of my wallet on Rainmaker, and support have gone silent. Before this project can be taken seriously, communication must improve. ### 1/5 — UNUSABLE, THAT SIMPLE. *2024-04-04* iPhone 12 downloads the app and presents itself with a box to insert your email and.. well it's impossible to write even there first letter off your mail that the page closes. I love how it abstracts away all the complexity of which chain I’m on. I can just pick a strategy, evaluate the risk, and then deposit with one click. Very easy to use, yet very powerful. ### 5/5 — Life changing, Thank you. *2023-10-17* I've tried countless crypto wallets and this one works flawlessly. Every other wallet I've tried seems to be missing something: chains, bridging, swap pairs, direct defi. But Rainmaker has seemingly captured all of it. For a while I'd given up specifically on mobile crypto wallets because its such a pain to get them to work with dapps but the native integrations on this are insane. Seriously, try bridging, built right in, takes <3 minutes (usually) and they sponsor gas for you. Such a no brainer. I like to make quick moves, so it's great to be able to swap anything instantly and without fees, I used to have to jump on my computer open Metamask, make sure my wallet was funded (and had gas) but now it's just tap tap tap DONE. So grateful to the dev team for building this. These guys know DeFi. ### 5/5 — Integrations, integrations, integrations!! *2023-07-12* So many direct integrations with top protocols. I was pretty skeptical because i've downloaded a lot of wallets in my day but have to say that the Rainmaker DeFi integrations are pretty top tier. Not having to worry about yield management, cost basis tracking, recording transactions etc etc etc is pretty great.
