Just like all the other comments, it refuses to let you sign in. My account even got deleted and they had to call the company up to “go find it.” Account is back but still won’t let me log in.

Old app was fine. This app doesn’t allow you to sign in no matter how many times you change password. If you do get in, the whole system to sign up for anything is completely broken. Not even usable

What on earth is this?! I don’t understand why you Raintree needed a new app. It’s not even working for me.

Reset password twice, it refused new password as well, now can’t log in at all since it just says password expired for the new password. Can’t sign up for any classes. This wasn’t ready.

This isn’t user friendly at all. It randomly kicks users out and then demands a password reset. It’s like nobody bothered to test this app before launching it.

Doesn’t accept password, then sends password resets that are already expired, and after 2 days of fighting with it, it’s missing buttons from the Home Screen, so can’t log in using app or schedule classes… with the only support comment being, uninstall and reinstall it …and now the password thing doesn’t work again … when every single person entering the club is having issues with the app… something is wrong!  I will just tell them to check me in and go to classes whether I am signed up or not … yes, I’m frustrated, what a waste of time that should have been tested first !
