This app often has issues connecting to the server, constantly nags you to subscribe, and the most recent change to the free version removed radar coverage for my town. ### 2/5 — Not great, never syncs *2026-06-27* Before I paid for the app it worked no problem. The moment I paid the map does not sync. I have to keep manually turning off map then back to 2 hours to sync it. I set up notifications correctly to only give me major rain but no….it beeps on drizzle no matter what setting I have. I’m asking for a refund but I doubt I’ll get it. Subscription cancelled. Waste of good money. There does not seem to be a starting tutorial ( if there is I have not found it). The opening radar map is stuck much of the time and does not load well. There's an onboarding guide on first launch, plus a short animated tour of the main features. If you missed it, go to App Settings > Show the Tour Again. A detailed guide for each option is also available in App Settings > Guide. As for the map freezing, this looks like it may have been a temporary backend issue on our end that has since been resolved. Could you kindly try the app again and let us know if it still happens? We're happy to help ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-08-09* Worked great in South Korea but now home in Sydney, it notifies of rain when there isn’t any and the app radar view doesn’t show rain when it is raining. Reported the issue to developers and sent screenshots as they requested but haven’t received a response since. **Developer response:** Sorry for the trouble! We've received a few similar reports for Australia recently and have taken the region under investigation, looking closely at both the notifications and radar accuracy there. In response to your reply - you can not see radar into the FUTURE without paying. Like not even a few hours. Meaning - if I want to slide the timer forward and see when the rain is going to stop, the radar screen goes gray and asks for payment for that information.
