Don’t know why and waiting follow up. ### 3/5 — New to app *2025-10-19, version 3.4.2* I’m new to this app so can’t say much about it, doesn’t like credit card use so had to resort to debit card, but that’s not too much of a problem ### 2/5 — Stealing my cash back... *2025-07-24, version 3.4.1* This app has stolen a ton of my cash back, and when I had emailed support to get it reinstated, they just ignored me. ### 1/5 — Not Apple Approved - Dangerous *2025-06-21* Because Raise has not registered their domain with Apple, there’s significant danger with their app. They encourage you to “sign up with Apple”, but due to the domain issue you become registered with an email address that will never receive any correspondence because Apples private relay ID only works with Apple approved domains - this is a disaster as you permanently lose the ability to have any communication customer service or support. What’s worse is their chat bot is an AI that doesn’t understand this and routes all questions to your non working email. Furthermore you can neither change your email nor delete your account without customer support, which you cannot get since you can’t get emails, so you are forever stuck in permanent purgatory if you select sign up with Apple. You get no receipts, no customer service, no ability to delete or change email. I begged the AI for a human to chat with and it made me wait for an hour only to inform me no human was ever coming🤦🏻‍♂️. Now, if I decide to open a new account using a regular sign up method, I’ll be in violation of their policies and worry any gift card I buy is subject to be canceled since I’ll technically be considered as someone who “opened multiple accounts”. What a disaster. **Developer response:** We are submitting an additional request for you to engage with our Social Email. My wallet still said they were valid but when I went to pay and refreshed the balance, all of a sudden they were gone.
