Die Funktionen sind vollkommen ausreichend würden aber zur optimalen Nutzung eine funktionierende Kameraverbindung voraussetzten. ### 2/5 — Would like to like it but camera network problem *2023-04-05, version 1.6.35* It works ok in same network but not outside. Thanks. ### 2/5 — What happened? *2020-12-02, version 1.5.0* App worked okay (laggy low-res video, but it still played) up until a few days ago. Now when I hit “camera” to check in on a print job, the camera screen pops up with “Time Out”. Doesn’t matter if I’m on cellular or wifi in the same room as the printer. Kinda kills the benefit of having a camera in the printer, which was a big selling point for me. Please fix this! ### 1/5 — Can't login no matter what email or password I use *2020-03-22, version 1.1.1* I've tried multiple emails and password combinations and it won't accept anything. Contacted tech support and they tried to set up an account for me and that didn't work either. ### 3/5 — Was working well. *2020-03-19, version 1.1.1* When first setup, if the printer was online or offline it was shown and the camera feed was fairly good considering. Now the printer keeps dropping offline while printing and the app says that the camera is “Not Activated” even though it is. Would like to see a fix for this as the printer is on the latest update as well as the app. Right now it is useless as I can’t keep track of my prints and stop if something goes wrong while away. ### 3/5 — Good App, buggy Camera view *2020-02-28, version 1.1.1* Useful functions. Will rarely connect now, the webcam never works for either the e2 or the pro2+ and I need to resort to Remote Desktop into a machine connected. I just got my E2 and the camera feed on the app, web, and desktop are pretty smooth. It’s at least 10fps. Exactly what I want out of it. The app is very intuitive and most things work very well. Overall I’m pretty happy with it and does exactly what I want. ### 5/5 — Great app *2021-01-05, version 1.5.0* A truest great app especially if you are running a print farm. My printers are none raise products all running on octoprint. Have not had a single issue whilst using the app or platform. Worked well on the iPad and linked to a third party printer without an issue. Lots of instructions on how to do this. However I was looking for an iPad based solution to slicing and it is with regret that I have to uninstall the app, as the web based Cloud Raise slicer is not compatible with iPad web browsers. Making the app of no help. ### 3/5 — App overall works except the camera feature *2025-02-15, version 1.6.35* Pros: the app connects and lets you stop/pause, etc. Con: what takes two stars off the review is that the camera only works well if I’m on the same network as the printer. The video feed takes a long time to connect. It’s usually faster for me to remote into a work computer, pull up idea maker and use the feed from there.
