## What is Raising Us?

Build good habits and routines for yourself and your children. Explore new habits, set reminders & track your progress. Grow into the family you all want to be.

As parents ourselves we know first hand that sometimes, it’s hard to juggle everything and everyone! Raising Us is modelled on the simple concept of building meaningful habits and routines that allow both parent and child to thrive together everyday.

—Curated List of Habits—
To support parents we have a growing list of habits, including suggestions from other parents. We believe it takes a village to raise a child and we can all support each other by sharing what small habits have worked for us and our families.

Our habit suggestions are organized into 7 very important categories:

Family Time
Exercise
1:1 Time
Health
Chores
Mindfulness
Learning

We curated this category list after much research and discussion with other parents. All categories when worked on in small steps can contribute enormously to the overall well being of the family.

—Schedule Reminders—
The mind of a parent can be a crowded place! A scheduled reminder is that little nudge you need to get those small but vital habits going. Be the family that gets things done.

—Family Access—
Share your account with the whole family. Older children can set their own habits. You can hold each other accountable. You can give access to a co-partner, babysitter or grandparents so no matter who is caring for your children, you can all be on the same page.

—Habit Journal—
The habit journal is a great way to record, reflect and celebrate your habit building journey in greater detail.

—An interface for parents—
Our interface has been carefully designed for the busy lives of parents. Adding habits and reminders is quick and easy. Making sense of the tracking feedback is as simple and useful as it needs to be. There’s no fuss.

—Premium Subscription—
You can purchase a monthly or annual subscription to create unlimited habits.

Monthly Unlimited Subscription: $1.99
Annual Unlimited Subscription: $13.49

Prices may vary by location. Subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Also, used as way to chart behavior (completing scheduled tasks/chores). So doubled as family routine maker and way of tracking days for special weekly rewards for kids.

### 5/5 — Creating good habits for children and parents alike!

*2020-10-13*

At first I thought maybe this app is just for parents with young children, and may not be for me as my children are teenagers...but habits can be changed, formed or strengthened at anytime.

The ideas here are simple yet thought provoking to bring about change in routine and habits to lead to more positive behaviour and ultimately better well being for the whole family!

Can’t wait to use this more and more!
