### 4/5 — Good but could be better

*2026-07-29*

Workouts are 10/10. Just the right level of intensity. I wish there was an option to change increase/decrease amount of workout days. Or a way to move workouts easily from one day to another for those times of the year that you’re on vacation or just unable to workout on the scheduled days. The AI nutrition tracker is good but there should be an option to save meals instead of having to redo pics/descriptions every time you log. Overall happy with the app and workouts!

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for the great feedback - we’re really happy you’re enjoying the workouts! 🙌 Just a heads-up: the option to move workouts between days is already available in the app. You can find it in workout settings under the Plan tab, which should make it easier to adjust your schedule for vacations or busy days. As for saving your own meals in the nutrition tracker… we can tease that this feature is coming soon 😉 Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and for being part of our community! 💚

### 3/5 — Apple Watch connection

*2026-07-11, version 1.6.2*

I love it. Just hate how recently it doesn’t pair well with my Apple Watch so my fitness rings don’t track my workout. When I did indeed workout. Also hate how if you are on video mode when you exit it stops the timer.

### 4/5 — Meal logs aren’t that great

*2026-02-12, version 1.5.3*

You’re not able to adjust the calories if the meals are inaccurate, which often is. When I click on the saved meals button for previous meals it doesn’t do anything and stays on the same screen.

Workouts are great, but not the meal logging function.

### 4/5 — Great app!

*2026-01-20, version 1.5.2*

This is a very unique app! It’s very engaging. The new AI feature for tracking your food is inaccurate. I scanned a protein shake, and the amount of protein that it calculated was insane. I tried to edit it, but I couldn’t.

### 3/5 — Disappointed

*2026-01-12, version 1.5.2*

the workouts are okay but i wish there was a way to substitute a move within the workout if it's needed. the food tracking irritates me the most. it hardly notices my barcodes and everything measurement is in oz. I need g or even 1 slice as as option (for my turkey bacon). Unfortunately i regret purchasing the entire year package i should've tested it out for a month.

### 4/5 — Great Workout and App

*2025-10-01, version 1.4.0*

I have had the Raize app for a few months and I do really like it and then workouts. I love that it connects to my watch so it automatically records my workouts and I can track my rest times and weights without picking up my phone. My one major Hang up with the app, which is probably a positive for some people but for me just doesn’t work is that you have to plan your workout days, and if you don’t finish a workout it counts as missed. I would love there to be a way where you can just go to the next workout in the program the next time you workout. I work full time and have two young kids in a bunch of activities so I can’t always fit them in, and then having to backtrack and figure out where I left off is annoying. I also don’t workout 5 days a week, it is not sustainable for me, but I will still typically (in other apps) compete a whole program it just takes me longer. I hope this is something can be made an option in the future. I have a year subscription but most likely will not renew if that feature doesn’t become available. Again this is the only downside I have found to the app, it has a lot of great features, it’s just a big one for me.

### 3/5 — It’s not forward :(

*2025-07-31*

I really want to like this app but it’s not the same as Forward. I hate that you can’t modify your exercises in your workouts to fit your needs. I also don’t like that Noelle doesn’t have many at home workouts. She’s the reason I purchased the app in the first place. I really hate the dream/ meditation scapes. Not everyone meditates so I really feel like it’s a waste of space. I would have preferred a community tab like in forward. It was great being able to see other women and connect with them while doing a challenge. Overall, I miss forward. It’s not the same. But I will try and stick it out a little longer to see if I can adjust to this app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your opinion! It's very important to us, just like all feedback from our users. Are you with us on our Discord channel?
Be sure to check out the new Home version of the challenge starting now! ❤️

### 5/5 — Best all around workout app

*2025-03-13*

What can I say! Whether you’re a beginner or an expert at working out this app has everything you need from home workouts to gym workouts, from long workouts to short ones for those busy moms who just want something quick and effective. Started the blueprint challenge January and it did not disappoint. Have lost a total of 17 lbs just with this app and it’s nutrition plan can be so easy to follow with lots of recipes. The founders do such a great job explaining each workout to get the right form it’s literally like having a personal trainer. I highly recommend 🔥

**Developer response:** Wow, thank you so much for sharing your amazing experience! 🙌 We're beyond thrilled to hear that the app has been such a helpful part of your fitness journey and that you've lost 17 lbs! 💪 It’s fantastic to know that the workouts, nutrition plan, and detailed explanations have made such a positive impact on your progress. We aim to make fitness accessible and effective for everyone, no matter where they are in their journey, and your feedback is truly appreciated. Keep up the incredible work, and thanks again for recommending us! 🔥🌟

### 5/5 — I’m a raised girl for life!

*2025-03-13*

This app has changed the game for me in my fitness. It makes it so much easier for me to do my workouts in the gym. I know exactly what I need to do i
and I’m not fumbling around wasting time. The app is easy to follow along with, doesn’t matter which coach you decide to go train with. You can either do homework workouts or gym workouts. For me I prefer gym workouts and Noelle is the best coach because she explains each workout demonstrates each workout and gives you tips and tricks on how to get the best performance. And best of all, they listen to the app users and have made great updates to continue to help you optimize the app. 10 out of 10 for me!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for this amazing feedback! 🙌 We're so happy to hear that the app has made your gym workouts more efficient and enjoyable! 💪 We're also really grateful for your positive words about the updates. We’re always striving to improve and listen to our users’ needs. A 10 out of 10 from you means a lot to us! Keep up the great work, and we can’t wait to continue supporting your fitness journey! 💚

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2025-03-13, version 1.2.3*

I joined Raize before the app even launched and I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. The community that it gives when doing a challenge is unmatched and I can’t wait to do the summer blueprint challenge!

### 5/5 — You won’t regret it!

*2025-03-13*

I have had this app since it first launched. I really enjoyed it since day 1. But it truly has come such a long way with more updates and added features. Ones you didn’t even know you were missing out on. It has many workouts from a quick move you body to a full on workout plan, beginner friendly to advanced, and home workouts to gym version. They provide meal ideas and plans to help achieve your goals. There is a feature to log your weight so you can see your progress and the newest feature to change your workout day without losing progress in app in case you are unable to workout that day. Let’s just say I am huge fan of all the app has to offer. I have seen the most change in my body mentally and physically with following along with the plans and challenges. This app has helped aid in changing my lifestyle and works perfectly to my daily needs.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your amazing feedback! 🙏 We're thrilled to hear how much you've enjoyed the app from the very beginning and how it's evolved to meet your needs. It’s great to know that the variety of workouts, meal plans, and progress tracking have made a positive impact on your fitness journey, both mentally and physically! 💪 Your support means the world to us, and we’re excited to continue helping you achieve your goals. Keep up the fantastic work! 💚

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t get past the height

*2026-03-03, version 1.5.3*

I’m trying to set up a profile but the number screen will not collapse after inputting my height and there is no way to reach the submit button which is totally covered. I can’t get past this screen

### 1/5 — App issues

*2025-09-26, version 1.4.0*

I have several occasions where I was not able to use the app because it said my account was inactive. The first time it didn’t bother me I let it go because it was just a monthly payment but the second occasion I had paid for the whole year. I asked for assistance or to just give me a refund but the Raize representative stated they couldn’t give a refund. They were not able to fix the problem. Is not ethical for someone to hide behind a technical issue to not give a refund since they are not able to fix the issue.

### 1/5 — It’s not worth it

*2025-03-05, version 1.2.2*

I was really excited to try this app, but it has so many bugs. For example, changing meals, finding simple meals, modifying workouts, and completing workouts are all problematic. You guys can do better—there's no way someone would pay for an app like this right now. Maybe in the future, I can try it again if they fix all these problems.

### 1/5 — Don’t like this app

*2025-01-01, version 1.1.3*

Requested money back 2 days after purchase and they gave me the run around. Awful customer service & didn’t get a refund

### 2/5 — Okay for beginners

*2026-01-10*

I really wanted to love this app, as I’ve followed one of the trainers for a really long time on Instagram. Unfortunately, there are aspects of the app that make it hard to be adaptable. For example, if the barcode doesn’t recognize a food item, you can’t enter it manually and need to rely on AI to find the item, which is not always correct with the nutrition facts. Also, if you workout separately and don’t use technology like an Apple Watch, there’s no way to log activity and therefore don’t get credit. Lastly, when you choose a workout, there doesn’t seem to be a way to simply check off the exercises as complete without watching the entire video. As someone who knows most all of the exercises and works out in a gym, it’s tedious to have to complete the workout, then start the videos and click through everything just to get credit. If you’re new to working out and food tracking this would be a good place to start. However, if you’re looking for a better version of other apps, this wasn’t worth the cost.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your detailed feedback 💚 The AI features are new, and our team is continuously working on improving them. Could you please send us a message through the app form (Profile → ⚙️ → Contact) to clarify your note about logging activity without devices like Apple Watch? We’re also working on making it easier to mark exercises as complete without watching the full video 💪

### 2/5 — Food tracker not worth it

*2026-01-05, version 1.5.2*

The bar scanner takes a full 30 seconds or more to analyze anything so it takes way too long to track an entire meal. That is if it even recognizes the barcode. I find it hard to believe that Costco eggs and egg white are not in the database. Even trying to type in a meal is very time consuming and not user friendly. I’ll just go back to myfitnesspal.

### 2/5 — Not that great

*2026-01-05, version 1.5.2*

Some of the programs are so long with too many exercises . I need a home program that quick easy gets the job done. I got this app because I used to buy Noelle homework out and always saw results thought it was going be better but it’s not. Sometimes the challenges don’t upload or they upload the day of the challenge, I like to see ahead of time what I’m going to do. Some of the on demand videos don’t even load. Not too happy with this app.

### 2/5 — No volume!

*2025-06-26, version 1.2.4*

It’s hard to do the workout without the volume. Or having them explain what I’m doing.

### 2/5 — It’s Okay..

*2025-05-20, version 1.2.4*

I honestly miss Vicky Old Workout app only cause it seemed more simpler with the workout plans and I mean I did like just her own realistic home workouts for stay at home mommy’s..

### 2/5 — I really wanted to love it…

*2025-05-13*

I was very excited about the app because I follow one of the creators but after doing a few workouts from the plan I was sort of disappointed. Maybe it just wasn’t for me, but the workouts just feel very repetitive. There’s not enough time in between exercises to prepare. It could go from a standing exercise with a booty band and weights and within seconds you’re on the floor, no booty band and different weights. The exercise itself is about 10 reps so by the time you set up your weights and get in position the exercise is done… having to pause and go back was getting really annoying. Another thing that I didn’t like, was doing 4-5 sets of the same exercises… I kept stopping the workout halfway just because I was bored and it just felt very repetitive… I think 3 sets, with more reps keeps the user more engaged.. No music in the background and the monotone of the instructors didn’t make it better, I felt like there was no enthusiasm behind the motivational statements during the work out. Overall I see the good things everyone has said about the app, I see the vision..but it was just not for me and made exercising feel like a little bit of a drag.. I will continue to use the app and play around with different plans since I paid for a whole year.. and perhaps I will update after a few weeks/months

**Developer response:** Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that the workouts didn’t fully meet your expectations. We understand how important variety, pacing, and motivation are during training sessions. Your observations are very valuable, and we’ll definitely pass them on to our team. We appreciate that you’re willing to explore other plans in the app, and we hope you’ll find something that better suits your style and keeps you motivated. 💪 If you have any suggestions or would like to share more insights, we’re always here to listen! 😊

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Joanna D

*2026-04-17, version 1.5.5*

So far I love how so much resource is in here , I am an accountability person so it is hard little bit to not be checked if it makes sense but so far I love it! I just need to find my own rhythm to account for myself and discipline myself to an extend where this apps just flows with the routine I create

### 5/5 — 100% yes-get it it’s so worth it

*2026-03-20*

Hey all! I’m a 42 year old mom of 2. I work full time and had a hard time balancing the idea of fitness with actual fitness. I’ve been following Raize and Noelle and Victoria for about a year+ so this year I decided it was my turn. The app works well and it’s getting better. The scanner sometimes doesn’t work but they’ve made a lot of improvements-just submitt any issues when they come up and they work on it right away. The app is great for accountability and 30 minutes is enough to feel the burn (they also have 10 minute sessions too/on demand work outs) If you’re ready to make a change this is by far a great investment.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much 💚 We’re thrilled to hear you’re loving the app! Your support means a lot 💪

### 5/5 — Mom friendly / ILOVE

*2026-01-21, version 1.5.2*

I have had this app since the beginning. I love all the different options of workouts and different meal plans. I especially love the addition of friendly healthy kids foods!!! I think it has been one of my favorite updates, as a mama it's always hard finding good food when you're on the go, I LOVE!!

### 5/5 — This app has it ALL

*2026-01-09, version 1.5.2*

So far, I'm absolutely LOVING everything about this app. I've used an apple fitness subscription for a couple years and it just doesn't compare at any level. Raize is amazing any I'm so happy I finally decided to purchase it. 💪🙌🙌

### 5/5 — From forward to RAIZE

*2025-11-13*

I started with the forward app an then jumped to raize when it launched. It’s so easy to navigate! The workout plans never leave you guessing what’s next in the gym. The app transitions you from day-to-day on its own and there are lots of programs to choose from with more always being added. I love how they progressively challenge you. I’m excited for the new update which I’m downloading. It really does take consistency when using this app to see the changes, but it’ll happen.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your kind words! 💚
We’re really happy to hear the move from Forward to Raize felt smooth and that the workout plans guide you without any guesswork - that’s exactly what we aim for! 💪
Amazing that you’re enjoying the variety and the progressive challenge. We hope you love the new update too! If you ever have feedback, we’re always here to help ✨

### 5/5 — Download today!

*2025-11-12, version 1.5.0*

Have been recommending this app to all my friends, we all love it! The community is also great!
All kinds of workouts and challenges are my absolute favorite!!

### 5/5 — Raize is on a rise

*2025-08-12, version 1.4.0*

There is something magical about being able to get so much from ONE app. This app gives you something new and refreshing. Providing motivation & a workout plan that is timed and meant so you can execute the workout without having to have a mental load that comes along with other plans. Love it 10/10. Recommend for beginners or even experienced athletes.

### 5/5 — Get Raize! You won’t be sorry

*2025-08-04, version 1.4.0*

Noelle and Vicky are the dream team. They offer not only single workouts, on demand and challenges to suit your activity level. Not to mention mobility and flexibility workouts as well. The app also comes with amazing cook book and recipes! I’ve lost over 30 lbs using their workouts, guidance and support from the Raize community—do yourself a favor and join!

### 5/5 — Overall Love!

*2025-04-15, version 1.2.3*

I genuinely really love this app and the workouts. I appreciate training with people who I feel like I can relate to, plus the recipes are culturally relevant to me so makes it easy to take inspo from the app and apply in real life. I also LOVE the weight tracker!

A couple of suggestions that I feel would take this app to an even higher level are:
- Allowing individuals to go through workouts in a list view instead of having the video play the whole time. Sometimes I would prefer to click through exercises as I go.
- Ability to rearrange order of exercises (sometimes a machine I need is busy and I want to move on to a different exercise in the program… but when I go back my workout is not accurately logged on my Apple Watch)
- Showing alternative exercises (again, sometimes a machine is busy or I need an accommodation)
- Have the workout continue even if you leave the app! Sometimes I need to change my music on Spotify and will end up pausing my workout on accident.

### 5/5 — Best Workout App Ever!

*2025-03-13*

Love this app! I joined the Raize challenge after being in a funk and unmotivated to workout after a life circumstance. I was hesitate at first but so glad that I purchased this app! No regrets. The challenge has helped me tremendously stay consistent and motivated. The support these beautiful ladies provide is unmatched. The community is the best! The app has challenge workouts but you also have access to single workouts from easy to hard from at home or the gym! It even provides meal ideas, tracks your weights and reps and keeps you reminded to hydrate! Seriously the BEST app!!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us! We’re so happy to hear that the Raize challenge has helped you get back on track and stay motivated. 💪 Keep up the great work—you're doing amazing! 💚🔥
