Map is there but map not start like google map , if map is there then follow that map for better use Rajmargyatra.  
As of now again and again have to check google map and Rajmargyatra map

This app shows my annual pass & tolls that are valid. However, there’s no easy way to create a complaint or dispute a toll. You have to search in multiple places, call 1033 & finally register complaint using your bank statement about the toll detail. So, this app is only for seeing status. If you find anything wrong, it doesn’t help. Even their complaint system seems unreliable - they need to learn service management which I can teach ; their message your complaint may be resolved in 45 days ! Who takes so much time to respond ? By that time, people may have forgotten about the wrong toll they deducted. How many requests can you track after 45 days each if there were multiple wrong tolls ?

This app is extremely frustrating to use. Login issues are constant, and even after logging in, most features fail to work properly. It feels unreliable and unfinished. Users expect basic functionality, but this app doesn’t deliver. Needs serious improvement before it can be considered usable or worth recommending to others.

I have tried several times but didn’t work. After five to six hours try I can able to register and pay 3000 . But the app didn’t recognise and ask me to pay again. I tried to register a complaint but the number1033 was always busy. All time busy with costumer care and no response. I would like to give no star. Money is gone…

I tried to check the validity of my annual pass and relasied the ap is not able to fetch details and throwing error that issue with my I ternet connection. I tried to logout and login again but now it's stuck and login screen. Ki fly suggest how to fix.

I just don’t understand why this happens with every government in India, they will spend more money on govt apps and websites, still their experience will be pathetic. Since past 2 hours I have been trying to verify my phone number on this app, imagine, only phone number verification, and it’s still pending. The making and maintenance of the website must have been compromised and Nitin Gadkari’s NHAI chela will be making money out of it. To hell with Bhatat ki Janta and any impeccable facility for them. What a shame to be an Indian.
