Traditional log in with password also don’t do the job as app is just bringing you back to log in screen. The issue is that the community management also didn’t care as this issues are reported to them but nothing happens. God forbid you wish to request a service, that is mission impossible and the humans at the customer service insist that you use the app and follow the process. Speechless ### 1/5 — Won’t login *2025-05-13, version 6.05.0800* When trying to log in with phone number, is supposed to send OTP through email but won’t. When trying to login through UAE PASS, keeps saying “already logged in”. ### 1/5 — Not responding *2025-02-28, version 5.10.220* I can’t pay online ### 1/5 — Non Responding *2023-11-22, version 5.2.0* Almost everywhere in this app, I receive “Access Denied” so no longer much use to me.
