Chat bot is also not supportive. This is a new issue but they don’t appear to want to fix it ### 1/5 — Bank *2025-09-03, version 11.8* Not good ### 1/5 — RAK Bank is a nightmare *2025-07-31* I’ve been using RAKBank business banking for over half a year and I’ve never had a more miserable banking experience in my life. These people are completely disinterested in functioning. Basic admin requests take a month to complete and then gets half done. It’s impossible to hold a thread of communication with these people cos everyone is on leave about every other day and messages get passed or not and you start from scratch again.
