Now, every time they send out a new feature or update it creates multiple other issues. The new time card set up is terrible. Constant bugs. Still no QR code technology implementation. Not sure why, it works on every other app and I even receive about 50 phone calls a day with it. I was kind of turned off after the first year with their aggressive auto renewal, and the ability to be able to turn that off in the app. I had to write several emails to the company to get my subscription canceled. When it was set to renew this year, I received multiple emails and invoices aggressively pushing me to sign up again. I was unsure if I wanted to continue. So I ignored it for two weeks or so. And ultimately got a subscription canceled. Email, which I expected. I expected, I would not be able to create new projects without a subscription. I was disappointed to learn that they cut off all my access to pass given the hundreds of dollars. I spent they should give you some period of access to your old jobs without strong arming you into a new subscription I don’t know if all the job management apps are like this, but Raken sucks in my opinion Sincerely, Dan ### 1/5 — 40$ a month *2024-07-24, version 5.8.8* Trialing few apps, as you start to understand how this one works you get prompted to subscribe, or loose the ability to use the app any further. And if you don’t subscribe all information you uploaded and needed get erased on you. Lost a lot of important reports, and will not come back to the app ever again. It’s a lifetime subscription once you start or you loose it all. Daily reports are amazing with automatic weather reports, pictures, job safety analysis and so much more.
