PRACTICE BETWEEN RANGE DAYS Film the swing. Get the fix that matters. HOW IT WORKS Prop your phone behind you on the target line, at hip height. Swing. Rakou finds your address, takeaway, top, downswing and impact, then checks 8 points against your own body: hip hinge, knee bend, arm hang, takeaway path, posture at the top, downswing path, head at impact and posture held through the ball. You get a score out of 10, a replay that stops on every checkpoint, and the one thing to work on first. WHAT YOU GET · A swing replay that pauses on each position and shows what was measured · The one fix that matters most, with a drill to work on it · A practice plan built around the days you can practise · A swing diary, so you can see your swing change week to week · 18 simulator holes, played with your own swing · Tempo from your own backswing and downswing RAKOU PRO Rakou is free to download. Rakou Pro is an optional in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited swing analysis, your personal training programme and the 18 simulator holes. · Weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, each with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers · Or a one-time lifetime purchase Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends.
