It have used the easy-to-understand visual icons and devised the size of the characters.

Message is displayed when you start, talk to you.

If you register the person you want to call well in advance, you can make a phone call to a simple and smart.
Registration is possible up to 3 people!

For the time of "emergency", It have an emergency call feature.
You can simply press a button, make a phone call to the emergency contact.

親にかんたんスマホを買おうと思いましたが、機種代金も高かったので、持ってたiPhoneにこのアプリで使ってもらう事にしました。
文字も大きくて、使いやすく好評でした！

iPhoneの仕様なので仕方ありませんが、Android版のようにホーム画面として設定できないのは残念です。
また、老人向けに各ボタンの文字は最大限に大きくして欲しいです。デザインも堅すぎるのでもう少し柔らかい雰囲気のものも選べるといいです。

親が使いやすいように入れようと思ったのですが、サイトを見てみると新着メールや着信がわからないとの事でした。
それが改善すれば使いやすいアプリだと思うので改善して欲しいです。

短縮電話は12軒ぶんも不要なのでメールやLINE、などのアプリを標準で組み込んで欲しい。
他に自分の好みのアプリを2、3入れられれば最高です。
↑私の確認不足で好みのアプリは登録出来るようになっていました。
欲をいえばアプリの表示を分かりやすく自分で編集出来るようにしてほしい。
LINE→ライン 
Googlemap→地図
など。
あとは子ども向けラクホンのようにカラフルな方が使ってて楽しいです。
色合いが地味すぎて…

この手のソフトは、使うのはシニアだが、
アプリの細かい設定や登録は、家族が行うのが一般的だと思う。
だが、殆どのボタンの変更が出来ないため、カスタムし辛い。
一言で言うと「融通が利かない」。
例えば、電話アプリは登録出来ず、「電話」ボタンを押した中でしか発信出来ない(2タッチになる)、
プリセットの特定アプリしか呼び出せない等…
ホーム画面やDockすら使いこなせないユーザー向けの設計なんだと思うが、不要な物が多いと感じる。
このアプリ的には、緊急ブザー、緊急メールは必須という判断なんだろうけど、人によっては不要な場合もあるのでは？

でも、写真を見るとかメールをするときに別のアプリに飛んでもう一度立ち上げ直すのは億劫ですね。
使いやすいとは言えない。
