## What is Rakuten Drive?

Sendy has new name, Rakuten Drive!!

With Rakuten Drive, Transfer large files efficiently by using your work email or messenger and save them securely.

You can send files up to 10GB at once for FREE.

Any files saves in your device or Rakuten Drive Cloud can share with your work email without any limits.

The files you transferred is protected by password. And you can also set the expiration date for a share-link (Max 30 days), which allows the receiver to download the file within that days.

No Sign-in or registration required to download the file.

Feature

• High security: Set a password to an individual file link to transfer any large files of sensitive nature more securely. And also all the files get deleted from the server once it expires for security reasons.

7/30より「YOUR RAKUTEN DRIVE HACKED」「ALL YOUR DATA ALL LEAKED」等の通知がこちらのアプリから送られる事象が多数SNS等で報告されています。楽天側も認識しており現在調査中とのこと。しかしながら個別対応は行わず、調査についてもメール等で連絡はしないそうです。お知らせも楽天本体や楽天モバイルでは一切無く、楽天ドライブの非常に分かりにくい場所のみ。問題が有ったにも関わらずこのアプリも公開されたまま。
※ようやく7/31夕方に楽天モバイル、8/1にメールで注意喚起がありました
8/2追記
このレビュー投稿直後、一時的にアプリが非公開になっていましたが現在は元に戻っています。更新情報は3週間前のアップデートのままなのでアプリ本体に変化は無いと思われます。おそらく楽天側が利用していた配信インフラ(FCM等のアプリへ通知を送受信するサービス)が侵害を受けたものと見られます。ですが現時点で楽天側からは一切の具体的な内容は発表されていません。お知らせでも原因が楽天側でない様な「楽天ドライブから送信された“ように”みえる不審な通知」という曖昧な表現で責任の所在をぼかしています。
このサービスを利用するのはオススメしません。

すごいな、よくこれでリリースしようと思ったなというレベルのアプリケーションです。
楽天モバイル会員は無制限でアップロード（スマホデータのバックアップ）ができるという点は、いいと思います。
ただ、問題はユーザーインターフェース。
とにかく使いづらい。
アップロードしたデータがファイブ名でしか見られないのは、まず有り得ない。
そして写真や動画の撮影日ではなくアップロードした日付でしかソートができないというのもあまりにもお粗末。
よほど開発費用がなかったんだなというのが、まざまざと現れています。
この状態でのリリースは、楽天のイメージダウンにも繋がるしメリットよりもデメリットの方が多いと思えて仕方がない。
あとから改善もできるはずなので、一刻も早くアップデートされ改善されることを願っています。

### 5/5 — iPhone 15 pro maxとこのアプリの組み合わせでは使用不可。楽天モバイル会員限定の有料無制限プランのサービスがまともに使えない。

アップロード、どんな方法を試しても必ず中断して失敗する。
つまり数時間かかる50GB以下のファイルを寝てる間にアップロード作業させても起きたら失敗してて不可能。長く続くことあっても最後までやり切れる事はない。アップロード容量が低ければ例外。Wi-Fi接続が出来ていても、4-5時間ロック解除してずっと画面つけてアプリ表示しても必ず失敗。前pixel8でやった時はスリープモードですらちゃんと出来て完遂してたのに。これでは一回のアップロード終えるのに分割して何回も重複して試行するしかなく途轍もなく時間を無駄にさせられる。それに充電しながら使うとバッテリー容量に致命的なダメージ与えるので、朝から使うのに基本的に充電するタイミングが超制限されるのでかなり使い勝手が最悪。
現状iPhone利用者でrakuten drive無制限プランを検討してる人は納得いかないサービスなので契約すべきではないと忠告しておく。

いい加減、iPhoneの性能が低くて制約の足枷が多すぎて使い物にならないスマホだから失敗するのか、rakuten driveのアプリのレベルが低くてまともに機能してないのか、白黒はっきり表明してもらいたい。
1年経ってもそこら辺すら開示されず、中身も何も一切変わってないレベルに驚き呆れた。これだけ不適当だと急にサービス終わってデータ消去されるような杜撰な事されそうで怖いオンラインクラウドサービスだ

Not my first choice when it comes to transferring and saving files, always crashes when I’m trying to download photo files larger than 5GB (pain) but still useful cuz when you click “download all” the photos are also saved in your photo album so you get to choose

### 2/5 — アプリの出来がまだまだな感じ…使い勝手が悪過ぎ

iPhone,iPadを複数持っているけど、全部に楽天ドライブ入れて写真をバックアップすると、全部同じフォルダ（モバイルバックアップ）に保存されるらしく、写真の数が多いと写真を探すのが大変過ぎるうえ、そもそも全部表示するのが無理っぽい。スクロールするのに時間がかかる上に問題を起こして最初に戻る。
ある程度の数ごとにフォルダ分けが必要じゃないでしょうか。少なくともデバイス毎でまずフォルダ分けして欲しい。

クラウド　モバイルバックアップで、表示の仕方が一つしかない。iPhoneの写真アプリの様にタイル状の表示して欲しい。
クラウド　モバイルバックアップです写真を選択して表示してる時、削除ボタンが欲しい
同じく写真表示中、スワイプして次の写真を表示できるが限度がある。iPhoneの写真アプリの様に写真があるだけ次の写真を表示して欲しい。
サムネイルの大きさもiPhoneの写真アプリの様に何段階か大きさを変更できる様にして欲しい。

クラウド　モバイルバックアップで写真を長押しで複数選択するためのチェック欄が出てきて選択モードになるけど、選択したものを削除したりした後も選択モードが続くのは使い勝手が悪い。選択モードは一旦解除して欲しい。

バックアップ日時が更新日時になってるが、iPhone、iPadで作成した日時が楽天ドライブアプリ上わからない。
バックアップした後、iPhoneの写真アプリの並びと全然違うから写真探すのが大変。というか上に書いた通り事実上探しきれない場合がある。

検索もないようなので検索も欲しい。正規表現とまでは贅沢かもしれないからせめてワイルドカードアスタリスクやはてなマークくらいは対応して欲しい。

このドライブ内での検索性は、笑えるくらいゼロなのでご注意を。ここのレビューを見る限り、改善するつもりもない様子です。
ただ空いている箱に、無作為にモノを放り込む感じ。いざ取り出そうとした時にはどこに何があるのか、全くわからなくなります。
・アップロードした動画はサムネイルが表示されないため、ひとつひとつ閲覧しないと何の動画かわからない
・iPhone本体のカメラロールでは撮影順に表示されるのが当たり前だが、このドライブにアップロードすると順番がバラバラになる
