Rakuten Mobile subscribers can make unlimited calls and send Link message to Rakuten Link users, as well as to other mobile networks and landline numbers in Japan and in 66 designated countries and regions through Rakuten Link. まず開いたら、広告しかない。欲しい情報が探せない。毎回広告を閉じないといけない。
電話を使用する時、途切れて相手の声が聞こえない。電話することが目的なのに意味がない。
名前の変更をしようとしたら、楽天のサイトに飛び、そこでは変更されているのにモバイルではずっと変更されない。それについて、オンラインオペレーターで問い合わせようとしたところ1時間待ち。電話でオペレーターにかけたら、1時間待ち。サービスを展開する企業として酷すぎるシステム。このことを店舗で相談しても、オペレーターしか対応できないので電話してくださいと言われる始末。意地悪しているとしか思えない。酷すぎる。
オペレーターを1時間以上待った上で、必要書類をダウンロードしてコピーしてプリントアウトして郵送してください。とか、どこのサービスよりも酷すぎる。どんだけ時間使わせて、こんなにたらい回しにするん？
支払い方法のカードを楽天に変更しようとして登録したところ、エラーと表示される。エラーになった際の問い合わせ先や対策なども表示されず、いつまで経っても登録されない。それに関しても問い合わせしようもんなら、オペレーターで1時間以上待つ。
少しでも人が多いところ、田舎に行くとすぐに繋がらなくなる。モバイルは最悪の回線。
いい加減、LP含めUXを改善して欲しい。何のためにお金を払っているのか。ゴミアプリとしか言いようがない。

### 5/5 — 強制終了してしまう状態

楽天リンク自体が不安定で強制終了してしまう状態です。再インストールしましたがまともに使用出来ない状態です。特に📞マークをクリックすると確実に強制終了する状態なので、楽天リンクを使用しての通話が全く出来ない状態です。問い合わせ窓口のチャットに問い合わせしたのですがAI対応の為、ループ回答となり解決しません。めげずに今度は問い合わせ窓口に直接電話をしましたが、連日60分、70分待ちとのアナウンスが流れ、繋がらない状態。当然楽天リンクが使用出来ないので、通常通話で電話をかけているので、無料通話とならず、課金状態で待たされ挙句の果て、オペレーターに繋がらない。どうしたら良いのかわからない状況です。早急にアップデートして改善してほしいです。

上記の後、チャットオペレーターに繋がり、iOS 26.4 ベータ版は正式なバージョンでは無い為、サポート外との回答を頂き理解しました。ちなみに楽天モバイルよりアドバイスして頂いた、ログアウト、楽天リンクの再インストール、再起動を数回試みましたが、この方法では使用出来ませんでした。
ベータ版を理解したうえで、インストールしたのだからアプリが使用出来なくても当然の事、
iOS の次期正式版が出るまで待つしか無いかなと思います。

追記
昨日から、通話しようとすると「通話中のため応答不可」となる事象が続いている。そんなに相手側が通話中になる⁉︎こういう不具合があるようなので、今回もそうなんだと思われる。楽天のイベント告知はガンガン来るのに通話出来ない通話アプリって何なの...
本当に通話に特化して欲しい。それより、解約した方が良さそうですね。

楽天の回線は10年近く利用してきたけど、最近頻繁に通話が途切れるし、こちらからの通話が繋がらなかったり、楽天リンクでログインを求められても先に進まなかったり不具合が多い。 楽天リンクアプリは通話のみに特化して欲しい。楽天のサービスを前面に出して来なくて良い。通話アプリとしての機能を果たして欲しい。海外での利用された方のレビューは高評価だけど、私は国内でしっかり通話が出来ればそれで良いので。 最強プランも交換時のレビューとして、綺麗な状態の物を送付しても「キズあり」として判定されるようなので不安しかない。

メールの受信メール数が1万数千件を超えたあたりで「メールボックスがいっぱいです。メールの下書きまたはメールの送受信ができません。不要なメールを削除し、ゴミ箱を空にしてください。」というエラーメッセージが表示された。不要なメールが多いのはその通りなので削除に取り掛かったのだが、メールの一括削除が極端に実施しにくい。感じた問題点を列挙する。

・メールの選択が50件ずつ数千件のメール削除においては選択数が少ない
・不要なメールをキーワードで検索した際に「すべて選択」をチェックボックスが表示されない（受信トレイではチェックボックスは表示される）
・受信ボックス内にソート機能がないため、古いメールを選択することができない
・メールの送受信ができなくなる状態になってからメールの削除を求められるため、事前に削除対象など推奨してほしい。
例:削除操作方法の紹介、削除対象としても問題ないようなメールの推奨

上記のような問題点があるので改修や修正をいただきたい。

楽天LINKで電話をかけられなくなりました。 オペレーターチャットで問い合わせ1回目 質問されるごと10分待たされ 全ての改善を試したか聞かれて 全て試してオペレーターに問い合わせした事を伝えても お調べします。と改善されず。
2回目 問い合わせたら アップデート後から繋がらない方からの問い合わせが多く 調査中なので改善までしばらくお待ちを。と 現在アップデート後から発信できない記事もないし LINK使ってる人からは電話かかってくるし、結局 改善されたか楽天モバイルの通知を待て。と 問い合わせしても何も改善されず 不便です。
※ LINK以外の人からもLINKの人からも電話はかかってくる。
※ こちらからLINKで電話すると 通常 LINKの最初の音からすぐ呼び出しの音になるけど、現在は 永遠とLINKの音のみで 相手を呼び出す音はしない。また、通常LINKアプリで電話すると履歴に残るけど、今は履歴すら残らない。LINKでかけてきて通話した人のみ履歴が残る。
何不自由なく使えてたのに LINK使えないのは不便。
すぐ改善してほしい！！
※ その後 再びオペレーターチャットで
担当部署からの調査にご協力を。後日調査結果をメールにてご報告。と。 で、いつ結果が来る？それまで不便。と 結果を待てとのこと。
調査で改善されなかった場合はどうなるのか？の問いに 再度オペレーターチャットへ。
楽天モバイルショップで対応は不可らしい。
兎に角 案内が雑で 改善されない。

基本問題ないですがですが状況によっては特に雨の日や電線電車の近くいや地下鉄駅構内場合によっては普段は通信環境が良い場合でもラジオが流れている場所などに近づくと電波障害と言うのでしょうかよく分かりませんが突然通話が突然途切れたりノイズが入ったり相手は聞こえているようですがこちらからは相手の声が少し時差が0,ですが時差が発生してなおかつノイズが入り挙句の果てには5分8分ほど話していると10分手前ほどでよく通話が強制的に切断されることが多々ありますこれは何でなのでしょうか長いこと話すと有料でViberの電波者をつかないのか分かりませんが有料の通話に切り替えてと言うことなのでしょうか？もしくは母　👱‍♀️電話をするならば、15分無料の有料のオプションを入れるべきか悩みますですがこのアプリには大変感謝しておりますいつもありがとうございます三木谷社長そして楽天くるの皆様感謝していますこれ以上電波が良くなりすぎるとかえってよその母キャリヤの会社は楽天様様みんな楽天に切り替えるべきだと私は思います感謝してますありがとうそして大きなビックサンクスありがとう三木谷社長！！yes!!!!! 楽天に問い合わせて色々試すも改善せず。
iPhone16eで楽天のモバイル通信でこのアプリから楽天回線同士のデュアルSiMで発信するとワンコールだけ鳴ったあと無音が続き、通話終了になります。WiFiだと正常に発信後そのままコール音が続き相手が出ると会話できます。楽天モバイル対応機種だから大丈夫だと思って購入したものの、まさか楽天リンクが使えないなんて、、、同様の事例の方もいるようで。公式にも問い合わせし、ログアウトや再インストール、機内モードオンオフ等も試しましたが全く変わらず。結局解決しませんでした。
楽天リンクが使えないとなると楽天モバイルにした意味が無い。他の機種は知りませんが、iPhone16eの人はデュアルSiMだとまともに使えないのを覚悟してください。
