Imagine you’re at the grocery store and you want to use the app, but no! You have to update inside the grocery store where you can’t get on the Wi-Fi! I’m so sure. ### 1/5 — Unavailable offer *2026-06-17, version 12.10.0* I was trying to clip the weekly offers and it keeps giving me the unavailable!?! Really stupid it is limited to so many people clicking it, because how many don’t even use it? I always clip all offers. Same with a different store. If you don’t give me the offer I clip, guess what, I am not even going to bother to come in. So you are loosing income over a few cents. Really need to overhaul that app… could get more customers in the store ### 1/5 — Doesn’t accept wic *2026-06-05, version 12.9.0* Avoid this store if you have wic. Items that should qualify (cheese, produce, etc) and scan as eligible in the wic app will not work at the register. You’ll be paying out of pocket with no explanation from cashier except “item not eligible”. Go to Safeway where you can even use wic at self checkout! Actually go to ANY OTHRR MAJOR grocery store and you can use wic. ### 1/5 — Need to Update *2026-05-28, version 12.9.0* Every time I get ready to use the app, about every two weeks, it needs an update. Why? Recently put me in a loop trying to shop and find a store. It fails to keep my store stored in the app. What perks do I have? It always glitches out and is not straightforward to use to get the coupons. That forces customers to invert products. It keeps popping up! Very annoying! Also, and probably more annoying, is clippingg coupons. There are items i the coupon area that are available to click, but when you do, you get a message that the coupon isn't available, and then you get sent back to the beginning of the coupon section, so you gotta scroll back to where you were. Give me a “clip all” feature or at least make it fast and easy to clip them individually. None of this try to clip it and the offer is unavailable and it takes you back to the top. FIX IT!! I tried multiple stores, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried clearing the cache. New app is terrible. Lists from the old app are gone. Asks you for substitution recommendations that aren’t followed. What’s the point? The offer has reached its limit and is no longer available. Keep an eye out for the next one!" The app needs to remove these as soon as they're unavailable! It’s impossible to navigate without exiting out of that multiple times. So easy. This new shopping list method os terrible. Too much clicking, slows down the entire process. HATE IT. ### 5/5 — Accessibility and ease *2025-12-16, version 12.3.0* I like the store, and I like certain features in the app such as the ability to find the aisle. But I recently upgraded to iPhone 17 with iOS 26.2, and now I am unable to sign back in. Also, it would be extremely helpful to find a sort and filter feature for the coupons. My current workaround is to go to the unclipped feature using the main website, but it would be helpful to have that same feature in the app as well. It’d be more comfy for me in landscape mode. This app won’t let me save my password. Using the scan works about 50% of the time. Doesn’t remember me each time so have to log in each time. Can’t always figure out if coupons were applied. I like that I can save the cart for several days. The pictures are very helpful. The clipping of coupons and reminders for fulfillment is helpful. The category for things on sale groups things together.
