Inzwischen bin ich auf Platz 96 der Weltrangliste. Es gibt einen Punkt der mich zunehmend ärgert: Ich darf aufgrund meiner Erfolge behaupten, zu den richtig guten Fahrern zu gehören - umso ärgerlicher ist es, wenn fast ausschließlich das Equipment darüber entscheidet, ob jemand ein Rennen gewinnt. Ich meine hier diejenigen, die sich die maximale Anzahl an Streifen und Sternen gekauft haben - offenbar haben die auch ihre Leistung geboostert. Ich halte es einfach für für so gut wie unmöglich, dass zwei angeblich vergleichbar Leistungsstarke Fahrzeuge extreme Unterschiede bei den Zeiten erzielen. Und fast immer sind das diese Spezies. Es frustriert mich zunehmend, dass ich in den Mehrspielerrennen trotz sehr guter Rundenzeiten von den „Gepimpten“ um teilweise 25, 35 und sogar 40 Sekunden „abgehängt“ werde. Das geht beim Start oft schon los, dass ich auf den ersten Metern bereits 4 oder 5 Sekunden Rückstand habe. Das ist so krass, dass ich hoffe, im hinteren Teil desStarterfelds zu landen. Denn im vorderen Teil werde ich von den schneller beschleunigenden Konkurrenten von hinten von der Fahrbahn geschossen. Und selbst wenn ich mal glücklicherweise durchkomme, werde ich in den meisten Fällen auf die hinteren Plätze durchgereicht. Dies gilt hauptsächlich für die sogenannte „S-Liga“. Ich erwarte nicht zu siegen, aber ein Rennen, bei dem ich nach wenigen Sekunden bereits hinten liege obwohl ich fahre was die Karre hergibt, dann frustriert mich das sehr. Oder verpasst Ihr den richtig guten Leuten ein Handicap? So kommt es mir allmählich vor. Ich schaue mir das nicht mehr lange an.
