## What is Rally+?

Rally+ is the all-in-one platform for racquet and fitness clubs — court scheduling, programs, payments, and the pro shop in one app for members and staff alike.

FOR MEMBERS
• Book courts by date, duration and live availability
• Browse and register for clinics, lessons, leagues and social events
• Book a pro — see your coaches' real availability and reserve a lesson
• Fitness, pilates, yoga and nutrition sessions alongside tennis
• Check in at the front desk with a QR pass
• Pay by card or at the desk, and keep every invoice and receipt in one place
• Family accounts — a head of household can book and pay for everyone
• Shop the pro shop and buy gift cards
• Order racquet stringing, including hybrid setups, from your saved racquets
• Unlock with Face ID and add bookings to your calendar

FOR CLUB STAFF AND OWNERS
• Daily, weekly and monthly all-courts schedule views
• Create reservations, clinics, lessons, leagues and socials, with recurrence
• Attendance and check-in, including a dedicated front-desk kiosk mode
• Take payments at the desk, key in phone orders, and process refunds
• Memberships, automatic charges, pending payments and scheduled charges
• Reports: revenue by sport and staff, member analytics, instructor time and payroll
• Waivers and agreements with digital signing
• Weather alerts for outdoor sessions, with one-tap attendee notification
• Coach drills library with session sharing
• Member communications and club announcements
• Multi-location support and a public club schedule page

Built for how clubs actually run — one place for the schedule, the money and the members.

Rally+ requires an account at a participating club. Purchases made in the app are for real-world services and merchandise at your club — court time, coaching, programs and pro shop items — and are processed by PaySec (paysec.ai) payment provider.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-30

Notifications that take you where you need to go.

• Tapping a notification now opens the screen it is about, such as your upcoming sessions, instead of just opening the app.
• Notifications now appear even while Rally+ is open, so you will not miss a booking confirmation or a waitlist update.
• Coaches: tapping a new lesson booking opens My Schedule on the day of the lesson, with the lesson highlighted.
• Waitlists: when a spot opens and you are moved into a clinic, you now get a notification on your phone as well as the email.

Also in this release: a new Rally+ app icon, plus reliability and performance improvements.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-02

Never miss a session.

Rally+ proactively reminds you ahead of every booking, and you decide how much notice you get:

• 24 hours ahead, the day before
• 2 hours ahead
• 1 hour ahead, new in this release

Pick any combination in Settings > Notifications. The three are independent, so keep all of them, just one, or none at all.

Reminders now arrive close to the time you picked, so "starts in 2 hours" means what it says.
Notification delivery is more dependable throughout as well, across booking confirmations, cancellations, weather alerts and check-in reminders.

Plus UI enhancements and optimizations

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-22

Push notifications are here.

Rally+ can now notify you on your phone the moment something changes with your court time:

- Booking confirmed or cancelled
- A session coming up
- Weather affecting an outdoor court
- Check-in reminders before you arrive

Notifications appear in your notification centre like any other app, and tapping
one takes you straight to the session it's about.

You stay in control. Settings > Notifications lets you switch each type on or
off independently, or mute everything at once. Turning notifications off is
instant and doesn't need another permission prompt to turn them back on.

Also in this release: we fixed an issue where some notifications weren't
reaching members who had them switched on — coaches in particular, for weather
alerts and session updates.

### 1.0.0 — 2026-08-18
