Clicking OK after submitting does nothing. Pop up alert advising to turn on notifications doesn’t work either. Also I wish I can see performance for various times of my portfolio performance. Recently my data was breached through a third party bank which I have never used. Later I found out the bank is used by rally. I will be suing rally and the third party bank. They use the same trading practices as Wall Street does to depress the value of your assets. While the external value of my assets has gone up outside of this app they have been suppressed within the app. Not to mention the company is just not trust worthy. Look at the AI generated reviews from bot accounts with their terrible grammar, spelling errors and nonsensical and repetitive compliments. They must really think potential investors are morons. I tested this out when they first launched and bought a few shares to check if I could withdraw my funds or sell and nope! It’s been several years and I still can’t sell because they lock your shares except for small windows with all kinds of other red tape. So you get screwed in the end and will never be able to sell and get your money out. Report them to the Feds. The email wasn’t sending. I tried 5x. It didn’t go to junk. There’s no text option. I emailed support and got the confirmation for that in my in box right away. This is the worst example of the “big problem” but there are more. Too many bugs and not enough being done to keep users from being frustrated.
