Cancelaram minha conta sem apresentar uma explicação plausível. Eu possuía apenas uma única conta de acesso e, mesmo assim, ela foi encerrada com uma justificativa que não faz sentido.
Fiquei com a impressão de que a decisão já estava tomada, principalmente porque eu havia acumulado uma quantidade considerável de fichas jogando de forma legítima.
Minha experiência foi extremamente negativa. Na minha opinião, a empresa não foi transparente e cancelou meu acesso de forma injusta. Não recomendo.

O jogo da a vitória para quem ele quer, quando coloca dinheiro, fica com uma sorte absurda, 1 dia depois você perde 50 em 50 e quebra, eles sempre quebram quem tem mais chance de recarregar com dinheiro. Não é um Poker verdadeiro. E sim um algoritmo para te viciar e sempre fazer você quebrar

In diesem Spiel werden die Karten manipuliert, in dem Spiel Casino Spaß wird beim kartengeben betrogen 14 mal hintereinander über 20. reiner Betrug , Meldung an Apple hier ist immer nur Betrug sicher ! Schade das hier noch kein Bann vorliegt Update der Betrug ist immer noch im App Store! Anfragen werden vom Support weiter nicht bearbeitet. Einen schlechteren Kundenservice habe ich tatsächlich noch nie erlebt.

Péssima experiência. O sistema de 'probabilidades' deste cassino desafia as leis da matemática. Em uma sequência de 15 rodadas com 50% de chance de vitória, perdi todas as 15 vezes consecutivas. A probabilidade real disso acontecer em um jogo justo é de aproximadamente 1 em 32.000.
É evidente que o resultado é controlado pela casa para impedir o lucro do jogador. 

Não gaste seu tempo, suporte não fez nem questão de verificar se tinha algum problema.

Gasto bem com jogos, esse aqui não vai ver meu dinheiro.

O jogo trava durante a partida, na maioria das vezes quando ocorre aposta, impedindo o aceite ou aumento e automaticamente perdendo a mesa, e a nova é o jogo travar do nada e mesmo reiniciando o aplicativo ele não conclui o carregamento parando em 70% (infelizmente não tem como anexar imagem na avaliação)… o suporte interno nunca sana os questionamentos e quando responde demora dias para dar retorno.
