The purpose of the RallyCall app is to help families with children who have significant medical needs, requiring frequent and timely hospital visits, get the services they need from volunteers in their community. --------------------------------------------- RallyCall provides the following: • If you and your family find yourselves so overwhelmed by schedules, hospital treatments, and overall worry, that you can’t mow the lawn this week, RallyCall app allows you to outsource these chores to friends, neighbors, and other volunteers willing to help. • After posting a request for a need, helpers in your community will be able to review the description and the date of service and see if it is something that they can fulfill. If somebody accepts your request, you still have the choice to receive that particular person's help or not. • If you are not a family in need but have a desire to help those that are, RallyCall gives you an outlet where you can help those families that have expressed the need for help. You know what they say, "Think globally, act locally”. --------------------------------------------- There are two account types when you sign up: • The "Family Account" allows you to create requests to receive help from helpers. A family account does require a brief vetting process via an email from a certified health care worker (Social Worker, Nurse, Doctor, Psychologist, etc…). A family account gives you the opportunity to switch over to a helper account, to help families whose circumstances are similar to your own, however, this is not required. • The "Helper" account is for those who wish to give back and help someone else. It worked great. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Can’t even get in *2020-10-03, version 1.2.7* Couldn’t help if we wanted to. App Needs work can’t even download and create an account to get started. Asked for 15 different things in a password, then you do it all, just to still be denied. Numbers, lower case, upper case, a symbol, 8+ characters. Was totally interested in trying to help in my area, but that was a joke, as this app has no way of getting past the sign in page nor has any contact info or anything. I believe many people would like to help, but aren’t going to waste the 35+ minutes now trying to figure it out like I have. They are going to get annoyed, as I have and just say screw it, leave and forget the entire thing.
